Continuity mistake: When Mo-Mo flushes the spider out of the patient's ear, the amount of fluid in the syringe changes depending on the angle of the shot without him having used any yet. When facing Mo-Mo, the syringe is between 1/4 and 1/2 full, when facing the patient, the syringe is about 3/4 - completely full. The amount varies each time the shot is changed.
Continuity mistake: Season 3 episode 10: when Jackie & Zoe are sat outside having lunch, two people in brown trench coats walk around the side of the building into shot on two separate occasions.
