The Other Cousin - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin." When Bleh enters her bus home, she receives 50 bucks from a retarded version of Spanky; there she wears her usual brown coat. But as she holds up the bill, she already wears the white fur coat she buys in the NEXT scene.

Dirty Pranking Number 2 - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: In some scenes - in the close-up of her fingers stuck in her hair, and in the Confessional where she complains about falling for the wrong guy, for instance - Foxxy misses her furry bracelets.

Dirty Pranking Number 2 - S1-E6

Other mistake: Season 1, Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". When the King intends to take Clara home, there are secret service agents jogging alongside the carriage. But in the first scene where it is seen, the agent on the frontal left of the carriage looks like he's hitching a ride, since he isn't hopping. In a later close-up of the King inside the carriage, an agent can be seen outside hopping up and down as he keeps jogging.

Dirty Pranking Number 2 - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". When the King picks up Princess Clara at the police station, there are two Secret Service agents standing behind him. In the shot where the King looms threateningly in Clara's and Spanky's field of view, the agents look like identical twins; but when the King drags Clara away, the two guards are two different people.

Hot Tub - S1-E1

Audio problem: During the booze party, Toots sucks up alcohol from a tube while the others chant "Suck". But when this word is chanted for the last time, the characters neither open their mouth nor do they move in rhythm to the chant, as they did before.

Hot Tub - S1-E1

Other mistake: Season 1 Episode 1 "Hot Tub" When the characters stand all together in one frame at the end of the introduction, zoom in on Princess Clara; here she definitely misses her eyebrows.

Gay Bash - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 1: "Gay Bash". When Xandir's girlfriend is lowered into the cobra pit, at first sight it is rather shallow, with the cobras sticking their heads out of the rim; but as she is lowered further, the pit is suddenly deeper than before.

The Other Cousin - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Season 1, Episode 5: "The Other Cousin". When Ling-Ling attacks the fake three-headed monster, it looks real; when Xandir, Wooldoor and Toot reveal themselves, the costume is a patchwork piece; and when they gather around a disappointed Ling-Ling, it looks real again.

Clum Babies - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When Bob the Cucumber shoots everyone, he shoots Steve from Long Island and his girls. The girl in the bluish clothing is wearing shoes that wrap around her ankles. When Bob the Cucumber shoots himself, it shows all of his victims. Look at the girl in the bluish clothing, she is now wearing high heel shoes.

The Lemon AIDS Walk - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: In The lemon-AIDS Walk episode, after Captain Hero starts walking and killing everyone, he chops a telephone pole and it crushes and electrocutes people. Among those people was the announcer lady. She gets crushed and electrocuted, but minutes later, she is yelling at Captain hero, completely unharmed.

A Tale of Two Cows - S2-E10

Factual error: When Princess Clara gives Wooldoor the shotgun, telling him that he has to shoot Live Action Cow, she racks the action, thus chambering a shell. Just before he 'shoots' the cow, Wooldoor racks the action again. This would eject the shell, but no such thing happens.

Trivia: Season 1 Episode 6: "Dirty Pranking Number 2". In 2005, a group of Texas cheerleaders were arrested for defecating on a pizza and trying to give it back to a Domino's Pizza delivery man. They later admitted that they'd gotten the idea after seeing this episode. Comedy Central had no comment other than, "Oh, no."

Show generally

Question: Why did the characters Elmer Fudd, Snagglepuss, Natasha Fatale and Charlie Brown have their faces covered but the characters Pac-Man, Speedy Gonzales, Wilma Flintstone and Scooby-Doo have their faces show to the viewer?

Answer: You might think it has something to do with licensing rights for the characters. But that's doubtful as several of the characters, both seen and unseen, are from the same animation company, Hanna-Barbera. Actually, it's a play on the real-life reality TV show convention of blurring/obstructing the faces of people who haven't legally consented to having their image shown, because their appearance on camera would put them in a compromising position. This happens often in shows like "The Real World, " "Cheaters, " and "COPS." In "Drawn Together, " Snagglepuss and Elmer Fudd, for example, were jokingly portrayed as not giving consent to their image on TV because it would out them as gay in the context of that episode. Of course, to the viewer, it's obvious who they are, and the humor lies in our memory of them as possessing a lot of stereotypically "gay" characteristics. Charlie Brown's face was obstructed by a leather BDSM mask, part of his "costume, " in a scene where Foxxy was his dominatrix. In the same scene, Natasha Fatale has Captain Hero in a similarly submissive role wearing a spiked collar and leash. Her eyes have a black bar across them, again, so as to "conceal" her identity, the way they do in the fashion magazines, even though we the audience know exactly who she is. The other characters you mention apparently "gave their consent" to their image being shown.
