Star Wars: Clone Wars

Chapter 8 - S1-E8

Other mistake: The crest of the clone trooper's helmet, when he points out that the cannons are being destroyed, does not reach down to the eyeslit, whereas it does with the others'.

Chapter 9 - S1-E9

Other mistake: After Obi-Wan has finished Durge, the ARC Trooper leader steps up to Obi-Wan. Although he approaches from and stands somewhat behind Obi-Wan, he turns his head to the side as if they were standing side by side.

Chapter 2 - S1-E2

Other mistake: When the ARC Trooper gunship is hit and goes down, there is a brief shot of the Troopers standing in the compartment. None of them rock or fall to the side as they should, especially when not seated.

Chapter 5 - S1-E5

Other mistake: In the Banking Clan's HQ, San Hill assesses the situation: "Those guns are destroying our forward positions. The Republic is breaking through!"; then the ground shakes when the giant cannon outside is blasted, and Hill flinches in surprise. But if you look closely, he flinches just before the explosion and the resulting tremor come in.

Chapter 15 - S2-E5

Other mistake: When the most recently mutated Nelvaanian tries to show Anakin how to free his tribe mates, the second Nelvaanian he rips the control harness from, suddenly has his implanted left arm blaster missing; instead his hand - which should have been amputated - appears.

Chapter 23 - S3-E3

Other mistake: In the last scene with Anakin, he still has the blue markings on his scar.

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Other mistake: When Anakin returns from the infiltration of the enemy city, he sits down and says 'Lunch'. But he moves his lips twice for a one-syllable word.

Chapter 17 - S2-E7

Other mistake: When the Clone Troopers dispatched to protect Anakin arrive on Yavin 4, Anakin addresses their leader as Sergeant. As stated in several sources, Clone Sergeants have green markings on their helmet and arm armor, but this one has the plain white armor of a regular Trooper.

Chapter 3 - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: The red-marked leader of the ARC Troopers sure goes through a rapid succession of field promotions and degradations. In Chapter III, he is addressed by Obi-Wan as a Sergeant; when Obi-Wan arrives at the Banking Clan's HQ in Chapter IX, he calls him Commander; and when Anakin returns from his duel with Asajj Ventress in Chapter XX, he is suddenly a Captain.

Chapter 12 - S2-E2

Oro Dassyne: I wonder how many they'll send. We've got so much firepower in here, these walls are ray-shielded. They can't take this fort. It'll probably be, uh, fifty Jedi. They'll need at least that many. Huh, maybe a hundred Jedi! They'll never take this base with less. Ha, they'll need an army of Jedi!
Battle Droid: I have a visual.
Oro Dassyne: Jedi?
Battle Droid: I think so.
Oro Dassyne: How many? A thousand?
Battle Droid: No.
Oro Dassyne: Eighty?
Battle Droid: No, sir.
Oro Dassyne: What? Fifty?
Battle Droid: Less.
Oro Dassyne: Forty? Come on, how many?
Battle Droid: Two.
Oro Dassyne: What?! Give me those!

More trivia for Star Wars: Clone Wars

Answer: Her date of birth is unrevealed. What little is known is that she was found as a child (precise age unknown) by a Jedi who crashlanded on her homeworld of Rattatak somewhere around 40BBY (precise year unknown). Realising her Force potential, he took her as his Padawan and trained her for some years, only to be cut down by a local warlord before he could finish, leaving her to seek vengeance on the warlords who had conspired against him, precipitating her fall to the Dark Side. It's difficult to determine her precise age from all this, but if we assume that she was ten when she was found, and that was in 40BBY, then Asajj would be 28 at the outbreak of the Clone Wars. So figure on anywhere in a range a few years either side of that.
