Continuity mistake: In this episode, Al has taken on the persona of Axel Bundy, a rock star, so he can fly first class with older rock stars. But before they start a jam in the first class lounge pre-flight, one of them calls him AL when he's prodding Al to join the group when all they knew him by was the name Axel.
Other mistake: When Al brings in the quarter to deposit, he never fills out a deposit slip so there is no way they would have known where to put the money into. And when they get the receipt from Al's deposit, there is a $25,000 deposit. Bud just opened that new account where that $25,000 was deposited. It would never have been in the same account Al was using. Plus Al and Peg would not have been able to withdraw that money from the account without Bud anyway, and it would never have cleared that fast even if the first 2 mistakes were OK.twstr988
Other mistake: When Al talks about the man who bought the shoe store he wanted to buy, he says the same guy bought the store he used to work at and got his old job back. However, Gary is a woman who owned the store before this episode and again afterwards for the remaining episodes. So it couldn't have been bought by a man because Gary the woman still owns it.twstr988
Revealing mistake: At the park when Al hits the rich man, he goes down like he was knocked out. Soon after, Seven punches the kid. In the background the rich man is actually sitting up on his side and he looks at Al and Seven, then as the camera pans towards him, he lies down on his side like he is passed out again.twstr988
Continuity mistake: When Bud is talking about this being the year he will get a real girl, he drinks from the carton of milk and spills some on his shirt. Next time they show him the spot on his shirt is dry. The next it's wet again, and it goes back and forth for the entire scene.twstr988
Factual error: Bud goes to Marcy's bank to cash his college grant check for $25,000. She gets side tracked by Jefferson, takes the check, then gives Bud his own checkbook. Bud leaves the bank and Al and Peg come in and make a deposit on his college fund. The teller gives them a receipt showing there's $25,000 in the account. Not possible considering Marcy has the check and with a check that big, there's a wait period.amycamille1975
Al Bundy: "I Care", by Al Bundy. When hooters jiggle around and I find nickels on the ground, I care. When a Mustang engine purrs and the bathroom is not hers, I care. When the pitchers on the mound and the wife is underground, I care. But when I've been playing this for days, I will kill anyone who stays, I SWEAR!
