Continuity mistake: When the crew walk through the woods, the first shot shows Lister, Kryten and the Cat walking with space between them. In the next shot they are walking shoulder to shoulder. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: The sign above the stasis booth in this episode is different than what it was in the previous episode, "The End". (00:14:00)
Emohawk - Polymorph II - S6-E4
Revealing mistake: Both Ace and the Emohawk get sprayed with the liquid Dyllinium, yet only the Emohawk becomes paralysed. (00:26:55)
Suggested correction: Ace is a hologram. Even though he is hard light, he cannot be harmed. Which is why he was able to jump on the grenade and not be harmed. So the gas spray wouldn't have harmed him either.
Continuity mistake: When Lister unscrews Kryten's head, the plastic bag on the table moves between shots. (00:11:30)
Quarantine - S5-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When the Cat tries to attack Rimmer in Quarantine, a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: Both Rimmer and Lister go through a door on the right hand side of the captain's office which wasn't there in the previous episode. (00:10:20)
Character mistake: After the crew realise that the matter paddle has made 2 copies of Red Dwarf, Kryten says something along the lines of, "When I threw the machine in reverse...", but it wasn't actually him who threw the machine in reverse, it was Lister. (00:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Lister goes to hug Selby and Chen, his locks are over his right shoulder. In the next shot they are behind his back. (00:10:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When the vending machine says it will destroy Rimmer, a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen. (00:06:05)
Continuity mistake: When the Cat jumps up to grab the mirrorball, a comb appears in his hand from nowhere before disappearing again. (00:20:25)
Continuity mistake: When Lister is lying on the top bunk talking to Rimmer about the 83 year old dad, he says "he'd probably pretend to be dead" as he puts is left hand on the side of his face. The camera cuts to Rimmer then back to Lister again, as he puts his left hand on the side of his face again. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: In the forest, Lister and the Cat take a poster off a tree. They then show it to the man who gives them a lift. The poster is different to the one in the forest. (00:16:05)
Suggested correction: If you look at 00:13:47, you'll see that the closest tree has an odd poster. The other trees have the poster that they showed to the man that gives them a lift.
