Character mistake: In the 11/14/2005 US Army Rangers report about Peter MacLeish, the word captain right under MacLeish's signature is misspelled "captian."

Seth Wright: No, sir. Virtually no resemblance.
Question: Why did Lyor, Mike, Brenda, Hookstaten, and Chuck randomly disappear from the series?

Answer: Apparently the characters were eliminated due to cost-cutting measures by Netflix and after salary negotiations with the actors failed.
