Question: So Batman rides the Bat-cycle into the alley in order to get to the Bat and fly away from the cops when he returns from exile. What happens then to the Bat-cycle? It doesn't seem like the Bat-pod has room to carry it and there's nowhere in the alley to hide it. Batman also doesn't set it to self-destroy (assuming that's an option as with the Bat-pod) so does he just leave it there?

zexthatico

Chosen answer: He hides it away, presumably in the modified shipping container that we see him retrieve it from later on, once he returns to the city from captivity. Having left the Bat there so that he can use it if necessary, it would make sense that he'd also prepare somewhere to hide the Bat-pod when he changed vehicles to avoid having to leave it for the police.

Question: There is a metal "something" on top on the radio in the living room of Ralphie's home. Can you tell me what it is?

Answer: It's a decorative metal bowl/vessel. They were fairly common in the 1930s. It's a bowing trophy bar set. I have one like it. http://garagesalin.blogspot.com/2010/08/bo-ling-or-happy-marriage.html.

Question: What is Miho's backstory?

Answer: Not much is given on Miho's story in the graphic novel. Some is given in the story "A Dame to Kill For" where Dwight explains he saved her life once. Frank Miller in the extended cut DVD commentary stated she was a demon, but that is never mentioned in the story.

Question: How is Edith able to keep the drinking box straw in her mouth while in the coffin yet talk at the same time?

Avh1

Chosen answer: It is not very difficult to hold a straw between one's teeth, or gums and speak at the same time. A coworker of mine does it all the time with a pen.

Question: After their mansion burns down, what happens next to the Collins family?

Answer: It's unknown. The original intention was to make Dark Shadows into a film franchise and that question probably would have been answered in the sequel. However, there have been no additional films made.

Question: How does the former boss of Liam Neeson (Dr. Martin Harris) find the private detective the latter is using for help? He calls him and just shows up.

AnthonyA

Chosen answer: He calls him because Liam Neeson told him to, because he still remembered him.

Question: When they got ready to leave the train, Rosemary Clooney was helped down from an upper berth in a hallway. What happened to the private room that the sisters started out in?

Answer: The "up all night" refers to the original plan for Bing and Danny to exit the train in New York. When the plan was changed to continue on to Vermont then probably some people got off in New York (or elsewhere) and opened up a hallway berth. The sisters took that and Bing and Danny got a room as well.

Question: How did Kreese lose his dojo?

Answer: He lost all his students after he flipped out on Johnny. Without students, he couldn't pay his bills.

Greg Dwyer

Answer: Kreese strangled Johnny, after the latter lost to Daniel. This proved just what kind of teacher, as well as person, Kreese is. His students after seeing this, realised just what Cobra Kai puts in their head, as well as just what kind of person and teacher Kreese is. Specifically, after seeing Kreese strangle Johnny, they thought, "I WON'T be your student, if you're gonna treat me like that!" Therefore, they left, and Cobra Kai went out of business.

Question: How did Hans and his army find Elsa's ice palace?

Answer: They simply went looking and found it. They didn't know exactly where it was. They knew it was on the North Mountain because that's where the storm was coming from, so that's where they went looking.

Question: Is Tapper's a real game?

Answer: Yes. Tapper, or in later versions Root Beer Tapper, was an arcade cabinet released in 1983.

Question: The Jews in the film are mostly small people, but the Germans are tall. Why?

Answer: Most likely the movie was deliberately cast this way to make the German soldiers look more physically powerful, brutal, and fearsome in comparison to their weakened and emaciated Jewish captives, who barely are surviving the harsh treatment inflicted on them.

Question: Why does Leonard Nimoy have a brown piece of leather on the back of one of his hands?

Answer: On the DVD commentary, Director Phillip Kaufman explained that the leather on Nimoy's hand was the actor's idea and simply showed how kooky the character was. Fits the character well really.

Gavin Jackson

Question: When Kristoff takes Anna into the Valley of the Living Rocks, seeing that Anna is freezing, he suggests she warms herself up by one of the holes where steam is coming out. If the valley is heated by the steam, why doesn't Olaf feel the heat or melt?

Answer: Olaf doesn't sit by the steam vent as he does later by the fire with Anna, so who's to say that it is warm everywhere? It could be very localised.
