Homer vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: In every other episode, the bar at Moe's Tavern is a regular L-shape. In this episode, it has somehow gained two additional angles on the long side, making it a Z-shape (plus the angle to the short end, which is not shown).

Continuity mistake: When Bart is first introduced to the Superfriends, Ham moves around the table a bit. First he is seen sitting next to the kid with dark, curly hair, and you can see a plate in between him and Bart's plate, indicating that someone else is sitting there. This someone turns out to be Lisa, who after she is introduced, switches seats with Ham, making Ham sit next to Bart.

Bart Gets Hit By a Car - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: During Marge's testimony, Lionel Hutz has a neat stack of papers in front of him the whole time. But in the close-up when Homer and Hutz both cover their eyes in sorrow, Hutz has several pieces of crumbled paper and a broken pencil in front of him. The was not nearly enough time for him to make such a mess since the last shot of him.

Continuity mistake: When the Flanders and Simpsons first meet at the golf course, Flanders is wearing his usual long-sleeved green sweater over his shirt. After Homer says to him, "The fruit of my loins can beat the fruit of your loins any day of the week", the color of Flanders' sleeves is missing, making it look as if he's wearing a sleeveless pullover.

The Simpsons Halloween Special: Tree House of Horror - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: After the aliens have dropped off the Simpsons in their back yard, Marge is seen wearing her usual red pearls. Except in the final shot of the family. Then her pearls are white. This is not due to the alien light source altering the colors in the segment, because Marge's pearls have been a dark color through the whole episode, even inside the alien spaceship.

Continuity mistake: When Homer and Bart are at the cabaret show, Mr. Burns and Smithers are there with two women. In almost all of the shots there is a woman sitting between Burns and Smithers, except in the close-up of them when Burns asks "How does he DO it?". Then Smithers is shown as sitting right next to Mr. Burns. (00:21:00)

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade (1989)
Continuity mistake: As Sallah pulls Dr. Jones senior off the tread of the tank, Indy lets go of his whip and turns towards the German colonel and they continue fighting face-to-face. You can see that Indy punches the colonel so that he loses his balance and stumbles backwards. A split second later, the colonel is standing behind Jones with his arm around Indy's neck. They did not have nearly enough time to so radically change positions. (01:32:15)

Continuity mistake: When DeVito has shown up late for a class and his students are leaving in protest, he throws his book onto the table. You can see the book bounce off his satchel and over the side of the table, but in the next shot the book is lying on top of the satchel. (01:05:05)

Sin City (2005)
Continuity mistake: After Jackie has sat down on the swastika-formed throwing weapon, he is shown crawling on the ground. The swastika is then shown sticking out of his buttock in a horizontal position to his thigh. When he is leaning against the trash can, the swastika is shown again, but this time it sticks out pointing downwards (in relation to his thigh), at a 90 degree angle from it's original position. The points on the blade would have kept it from twisting in the wound, and Jackie did no movements that would cause it to twist.

General questions
I remember watching a cartoon series on British TV on Saturday mornings when I was a kid (about 15-20 years ago), and I have forgotten its title. The only thing I remember is that it focused on four or five kids who drove giant mechanized lions to defeat whatever evil they were fighting, and when things got too rough, the lions would transform into various parts of a gigantic android warrior. They all lived in this castle-like building, and to get to their respective lions they used transportation tubes a la "Futurama". I also have a vague recollection that their leader was an astronaut from Earth who had arrived on their world through a wormhole, but I'm not sure if I'm confusing this with another cartoon. Anyway, does anyone know the title of this series I'm talking about?

Factual error: When Dr. Chase receives the Washington campaign button from Ben Gates, she immediately picks it up with her bare fingers and rubs it with her thumb. An expert collector would *never* handle metal objects with their bare hands like this, as the acid on the fingers will corrode the metal. Cleaning the coin afterwards is also not an option, as this presents an even higher damage risk to the coin. See http://www.stujoe.com/content/view/30/34/ for more details on this subject.

Chosen answer: You're thinking of Voltron. There were a couple of different versions of Voltron. One was a large group of vehicles that combined to make the giant warrior Voltron. the other was the one you are thinking of, in which five lions combined to form the warrior. Go to http://www.voltronforce.com/ for lots more info on both shows.
