Trivia: Steppenwolf's "Magic Carpet Ride" is the only non-original song in the film. Trey Parker wrote all of the other songs. (Battle Without Honour or Humanity, from Kill Bill, is just music, rather than a song).

Xofer

Trivia: The "Montage" song is actually from an episode of South Park (Parker and Stone's TV show) called "Asspen," where Stan learns how to ski in a similar montage style.

My Three Suns - S1-E7

Other mistake: A few of the liquid people are shown wearing clothes; while you can usually see through the people to the walls, etc, behind them, you can't see the clothing through them. (00:11:10)

Spider-Man 2 (2004)

Question: Are the paintings of Spider-man 1 in the credits from a comic adaptation of the movie, or trading cards, or something like that, or were they done specially for Spider-man 2?

Hell is Other Robots - S1-E9

Trivia: In the original ending for this episode (as seen in the DVD's deleted scenes), Bender says he'll be less like his old self when robot hell freezes over, to which Fry replies that it does freeze over during the winter. He reads this out of a book. In the aired ending, when Leela asks Bender to be less like his old self, he asks her if she could stand a 100' drop (or something), and Fry says "Good ol' Bender." However, you can still see the book in his hand from the original ending.

Trivia: For those that haven't read the book, the creators of the Marauders Map are none other than young Remus Lupin (Moony), Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail), Sirius Black (Padfoot) and James Potter (Prongs); the names come from their animal forms (James Potter's was a stag).

Xofer

Trivia: With the possible exception of the Weather Channel at the end, all the news channels shown are owned by News Corp (who owns 20th Century Fox, the distributor).

Secret Window (2004)

Trivia: In a shot of Mort's coffee table, we see a book by Hunter Thompson. Johnny Depp (Mort) played Thompson in "Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas" (1998).

Question: After seeing the endings of The Matrix and Reloaded, I'm wondering: does Neo always see the Matrix as the green "coding" whenever he's inside it, or can he switch back and forth between that and "normal" (that is, how everyone else sees it)?

Xofer

Chosen answer: You might understand it as an extra "sense." As is told in the first movie, Neo would be able to manipulate the Matrix as he sees fit. It would make sense that he could see both.

Spider-Man (2002)

Trivia: Spidey's organic web shooters are one of the few remaining ideas from an earlier (rejected) script treatment by James Cameron.

Xofer

Trivia: When the title first appears, it says "Monty Python's Meaning Of Liff," which abruptly changes to "Life" with the title is struck by lightning. Author Douglas Adams (friend of Graham Chapman and occasional Python contributor) contacted Terry Gilliam to ask if he could use the title "The Meaning Of Liff" for a mock dictionary he was writing at about the same time. Adams and the Pythons agreed that the crossover publicity could be mutually beneficial. (00:17:35)
