Sharknado 2: The Second One mistake picture

Continuity mistake: When April's lying on the gurney, just as she's wheeled through the doorway it cuts to the closeup as the nurse turns to block Fin from entering the ER, and behind the nurse we see the gurney still being turned and wheeled into the room, but April has vanished.

Other mistake: The guy eating Subway is at the 96 Street station platform, as seen on the wall behind the bench. The 7 train passes that station and travels on, but later when the train makes the emergency stop, it's at 96 Street.

Revealing mistake: After Fin, Martin, and the rest get what they need in the Times Square area, they get in the cab and drive off, and just as we hear on the news "Moments ago the water spout came ashore and devastated the UN," in this exterior shot we can see the taxi's back tire as it's driving down the street, but the tire's not actually moving. Presumably the taxi is on a flatbed being driven by crew while filming from this angle, hence the tire being stationary.

Continuity mistake: After April sneaks out of her hospital room, it cuts to the taxi with Fin, and the cab pulls over to the curb at the corner of Broadway and West 48, but in the closeups they're in an entirely different area - note all the buildings, then in the wide shot they're back on Broadway.

Revealing mistake: When the stewardess asks April to sign her copy of the book entitled "How to Survive a Sharknado and Other Unnatural Disasters..." it's a thin book, and in the closeup as April autographs the page we can read the text and it's actually one of the versions of the "Samsung Galaxy Tab...For Dummies" book, not April's book. Also notice when Kelly Ripa shows April's book to the audience, it's now at least 4x as thick.

Other mistake: When Lady Liberty's head rolls down the street behind Ellen, Mora, and Polly, it's a very distinctive street and there's a large white storefront sign 'Aleva' over a green awning that they all pass. Then after they drive off in the truck they're driving down that same street, even from the same direction, with that enormous head still after them. Additionally, that building with the 'Aleva' storefront and its awning has simply vanished the second time around.

Visible crew/equipment: When Fin and Skye get to the hotel's roof, just before they set their bags down and then also when they rush to the glass railing, we can see the reflections of crew members on the surface of the glass safety railings.

Trivia: When Lucas shows Fin the "amazing things" that can be found in a shark's gut, it cuts to two license plates on the RV's wall, both of which are homages. On the 90s TV show 'Beverly Hills 90210', Ian Zeiring (Fin) played Steve Sanders who drove a Corvette with plate "I8A 4RE." In the film Jaws, when Hooper cuts open the tiger shark he finds a license plate with "007 o 981."

Continuity mistake: While Fin is at the top of the ride, when he holds out his cell to show the guy Claudia's location he's holding it with his right hand, but in the closeup he's holding it with his left hand.

Continuity mistake: At Universal, before Fin heads up to the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit he holds out his cell to locate Claudia, then it cuts to the close up and the cell style has changed.

Revealing mistake: During the "fognado," when Fin is lifted off the ground, his shirt is pulled up due to the harness and its cables.

Trivia: The character of General Gottlieb is played by Tim Russ. Carl Gottlieb co-wrote the screenplay for Jaws and two sequels.

Continuity mistake: When Fin is driving towards the fog, in the interior shots of the car's dashboard the CD area changes, then reverts back.

Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! mistake picture

Continuity mistake: After Claudia leaves the ride without her cell phone it cuts to Fin driving his car into dense fog, and in the exterior shots the Toyota's front grille emblem as well as the license plate inexplicably vanish, and then reappear.

Trivia: After the shark attacks the lifeguard in the pool it cuts to Nova's RV, and while Nova and Fin are watching Matt Lauer and Al Roker, notice the two Archie comics lying beside the laptop. Sharknado's director Anthony C. Ferrante collaborated with Archie Comics artist Dan Parent, and created a comic book titled "Archie vs Sharknado." It was released on the same day as this movie.

Blue Bloods (2010)

Nightmares - S3-E7

Visible crew/equipment: While Jaime talks to Malcolm on the street and takes his picture it's being filmed from two camera angles. When Malcolm shoves Jaime and he falls to the ground we can see the second camera's tripod leg at the right side of the screen, and as Jaime gets up we can see the second camera as well.
