School Days - S2-E14

Other mistake: After the guys rescue Dr. Temple from under the library bookcase, when the attendants take him to the ambulance Johnny alone leaves with him, and while Billy and Roy are still in the library talking we hear the ambulance leaving with its siren blaring, but when the ambulance arrives at Rampart the attendant opens the back door and somehow Billy has actually joined Johnny and Dr. Temple in the ambulance.

Other mistake: When Roy gets off the phone and heads to the squad, Johnny follows him wanting to know who he was talking to, and after Roy tosses Johnny a rag to help wipe down the squad, we hear the dispatcher ask, "Foam 27, what is your location?" but subtitles read, "Phone 27, what is your location?"

Other mistake: When Brackett asks Early to see the patient (Jaime Farr) who claims he can't move his arm because of a curse, Early walks into treatment 5, but in the shot from inside the room we can see that they're in treatment 2.

Continuity mistake: After Roy frees the woman's fingers from the mixer, they use the yellow dish towel and she tosses it into the sink, but in the next shot when Johnny suggests serving Mai Tais, the yellow towel is suddenly back in her hands and the white towel is now over Johnny's shoulders.

Peace Pipe - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When the drunk driver arrives in the ER and is taken into treatment 5, Vince is with the intoxicated man, but at the accident scene while they're still trying to get the little girl out of the car, after Roy checks Debbie's pupillary response, in the closeup of Debbie's mother Vince is still standing right beside her. Neat trick for Vince to be in two places at the same time.

Other mistake: While 51's guys are at the accident scene by the freeway on-ramp, when Roy's standing on the ladder and says the car door's jammed, Captain Stanley tells Chet and Marco to get the Porta Power, but subtitles read "Jack, Marco, we need the Porta Power," even though there's no character named Jack.

Other mistake: After Marco offers Boot the ground beef while the guys are trying to figure out what's wrong with the dog, the tones drop and we hear the dispatcher say, "Station 51, Engine 95, Foam 27," but the subtitles read "Engine 95, Phone 27."

Other mistake: Jamie Farr appears in 2x19 "Boot" as Alan Austen, the guy who claims that he can't move his arm because of a curse, but he's mistakenly listed in the credits at the end of this episode.

Continuity mistake: When Roy and John are at the inexperienced cook's apartment the second time, when her fingers are caught in the mixer, she's wearing a blue/white striped dress and a watch on her left wrist, but in the closeup as she reaches for the boiling pot her watch is gone and it's a white sleeve on her arm.

Continuity mistake: After the explosion at Rampart's lab, Brackett and Dixie head out receiving with two gurneys carrying emergency necessities, Dixie's gurney has light blue trim and Brackett's gurney has a double rod trim at the top, but outside Dixie's blue trim gurney has vanished, hers now has double rods and Brackett's has single rod trim.

Revealing mistake: At the construction accident with the trapped man, when Engine 34 rolls up on scene we can see the red vinyl material adhered to the front of the engine, covering its real company number.

Other mistake: On the first run of the Ward LaFrance we hear the dispatcher say, "Wrecking yard fire," but subtitles read, "Working yard fire," and as soon as Engine 51 rolls up on scene Mike turns to Captain Stanley and asks, "Light water?" but subtitles read, "Do we got water?" Then we hear the dispatcher say, "Repair 3, call Station 8," but subtitles read "Return 3..."

Other mistake: After Hector agrees to use Tractor 2 to cut a trail down to the teenagers in the crashed car, Captain Stanley tells Roy and John to get their gear, then says, "Marco, Chet, give them a hand," but subtitles read, "Mark it off, Chet..." Later when they're carrying the teens up, we hear the dispatcher say, "Squad 36, 10-7 to Rampart," but subtitles read "Squad 36, transport to Rampart," and when the dispatcher says, "Repair 2, Engine 163 is requesting tow truck," but subtitles read "Return 2..."

Other mistake: During the paint factory fire incident, when the Battalion Chief (Battalion 14) contacts LA dispatch over the HT he says, "LA, Battalion 14, this fire is contained," but the bizarre subtitles read "Calling Battalion 14..."

Continuity mistake: When the guy (Michael Conrad) with the gunshot wound is being wheeled out of the treatment room there is nothing on his face, but in the shot from the hallway as they exit the room suddenly he has a tube inserted into his nostril with tape holding it in place.

Other mistake: At the fire, while they're searching for the missing boy, Marco feels the partition for heat and shouts to Captain Stanley, "Hey, Cap! Cap!" but the subtitles read, "Hey, Chet! Chet!" Then after the boy's rescue, we hear the Battalion Chief say, "LA, this fire's contained. All copy. Out 1 hour," but subtitles read "Talk 1 hour."

Continuity mistake: Before the housekeeper leaves the library to open the door for 51's guys, we see Dr. Temple pinned under the bookcase and two red armchairs in front of the fireplace, but when she returns to the room with everyone following her one of those armchairs has vanished.
