Trivia: The unlockable Chrysler Building "dungeon" has 77 levels - just like its real life counterpart.

The Fifth Element (1997)

Question: Ruby claims that the Mangalores stink. If so, what's the point in disguising their appearance (like Aknot did)? The stench would blow their cover no matter the mascara.

Dinosaur Fever - S2-E3

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode, when Dr. Ogden and Murdoch look closely at Lukas' dead body (right before the candle scene), the "corpse" takes a deep breath.

Unbreakable (2000)

Question: David knew that the guy in the stadium queue had a gun and likely intended to cause disturbance, so why he just let him to walk away? As a security guard, shouldn't he report him at least?

Dangar

Answer: He never saw the gun, only psychically sensed it, and, at that point, he didn't really believe in his powers. He's not going to the police with a vision.

Other mistake: When the player examines the locked door of the mobile home in the junkyard, the description reads "The key to the campground vehicle." This must be a translation oversight or wrongly placed text data. The sentence should be like "I need the key to the campground vehicle." or "The key to the campground vehicle is missing." or something that refers to the locked door.

Factual error: The dev team (Studio 33) accidentally swapped the birthdates and career stats of Jos Verstappen and Gaston Mazzacane in the driver select screen.

The Accident - S11-E8

Continuity mistake: After the failed attempt to stop Mr. Dilbert's bleeding, the ambulance attendant collects and takes away all the bloody rags they used for hemostasis. Still, the very next cut shows a whole pile of rags on Mr. Dilbert's body. To make the mistake even more evident, both his shirt and these rags are all clean with no blood on them. (00:42:35)

Murdoch Mysteries (2008)

Other mistake: If the player tries to leave the virus tank area in the laboratory, Chris will comment "Jill, where are you going?" but the caption reads "Where are you going, Jill?"

Dangar

Trivia: There are exploding barrels and canisters in the game placed in various places. Some of them has a warning sign with a word "hatari" written on them. Hatari means "danger" in Japanese (even though not the game's plot nor its setting has anything to do with Japan).

Character mistake: During radio conversations, the BSAA operatives keep changing the way they refer to each other. Sometimes, they use real names, other times they use codenames. They should stick with one method, it doesn't make sense otherwise.

A Quiet Place (2018)

Factual error: When the kid falls into the corn storage, he begins to sink instantly, just like his sister afterwards. When the alien creature attacks them, it's got no problem walking on the seeds despite its thin legs.

A Quiet Place (2018)

Question: How do the alien creatures orientate? They're blind but sensitive to noises, so I guess it is supposed to be some kind of echolocation - but first, echolocation is not a way of "seeing" your environments constantly, especially not suitable for running like crazy in a forest full of trees and obstacles. Second, by using echolocation, they should be able to locate moving objects even it's noiseless. So how?

Dangar

Answer: No one knows. The aliens are unknown entities and, as yet, humans have little knowledge about their biology or physiology. Any answer would be speculation.

Other mistake: Upon returning to the quarter deck after the tugboat explosion, the grappling hook wires Jill and Parker arrived by can be seen stretched stiff, like they would be still connected to the boat. Since it's gone, the wires should swing freely in the wind or hang down along the side of the Zenobia.

Other mistake: In the underground passageway that leads to the dam area, there is a "HIGH VOLTAGE" warning sign that is placed upside down. The game uses quite lo-res PR backgrounds so it's a bit tricky to make it out.

Other mistake: The game refers to shotgun ammunition as "12-guage bullets" but this is all wrong. First, the word "gauge" is mispelled as "guage", but even more importantly, canister type ammo - such as the common 12 gauge - cannot be called as "bullet" since it is a completely different kind of projectile. It should be called "shell", "slug", "buckshot", "canister" or "pellet" but absolutely not as "bullet."

Other mistake: In the Mobile Grave, Keith comes across a forklift that must be used to lift him up and over a higher obstacle. Keith uses a key on the forklift's dashboard to operate it, then stands on the forks/platform that raises him up. Even if it's somehow possible to operate a forklift like that to lift you up (which I doubt, since normally, the operator should keep the lever pulled), it's absolutely impossible to do it the opposite way (lowering yourself), as Keith couldn't reach the dashboard at all.
