Yug Ylimaf - S11-E4

New this month Continuity mistake: In reversed time, we see Cleveland falling back to the inside of his house that had just been wrecked by Peter who launched himself with a cannon into it. The camera zooms in on Cleveland as he falls back to the inside of his house, only for Peter to suddenly be visible along with an additional piece of the roof taken away, after the area in which Peter would appear on and the roof-piece disappear at was off-camera for a few seconds.

Question: As Jackson manages to get hold of the map that leads to the arks in China, he tells Gordon, his ex-wife and kids that they'll need a bigger plane. Why do they need a bigger plane? (01:05:00)

Rassdyt

Answer: Probably because there are now more passengers being carried, more supplies are needed to be brought along, and a bigger plane can carry more fuel and travel farther.

Jar Jar Binks: Oh moi moi, I love you!
Qui-Gon Jinn: You almost got us killed! Are you brainless?
Jar Jar Binks: I speak.
Qui-Gon Jinn: The ability to speak doesn't make you intelligent. Now get out of here!

Question: Does anyone have a clue why Anakin Skywalker from The Phantom Menace was given a normal sized body instead of a shorter one like other smaller characters in the game?

Rassdyt

Answer: Originally they were not. The earliest Lego Star Wars sets had normal sized legs.

Answer: Because they are Lego. Most Lego men regardless of age or species are the exact same size.

Characters who are significantly smaller/shorter (typically young children) are usually depicted with shorter legs in Lego games, those type of legs which aren't rotatable and doesn't have holes in them (excluding the bottom of their feet). Yoda and Boba Fett (From Attack of the Clones), on the other hand, has those type of legs in the game.

Rassdyt

At the time of Phantom Menace, Lego did not have those short legs. By the time Attack of the Clones was released, they had developed them. The use of long legs for Anakin is accurate.

Factual error: Spongebob and Plankton are told to supervise the universe for Bubbles while he goes on a bathroom break, this result in Jupiter and Saturn colliding with each other. Saturn is depicted as much smaller in relation to Jupiter than it is in reality. Also, the effect of their collision is inaccurate since both planets are mainly made up of gas. (00:44:50)

I Am Legend (2007)

Question: While Will Smith was burying his deceased dog, I remember him taking some pills. Were the pills intended to decrease his sadness for his loss/keep him from going insane of him now being totally alone?

Rassdyt

Answer: I'd say they are just painkillers, seeing how he just casually chucks a whole bunch down like skittles. If you do that with antidepressant or something like Ritalin (to keep you awake) your heart will stop. He probably has a headache.

Christmas Guy - S12-E8

Continuity mistake: In episode 6, right before Brian's death when Stewie decides to go back inside the house to get his knee pads, he stops right before he enters the house. In this episode, when the same sequence is displayed along with Stewie (from the future) returning to that time, his former self never stops before entering the building. (00:18:40)

Video

Continuity mistake: From a significantly far distance, Sid is seen rolling one of the dinosaur eggs to the other two and is originally seen on his way to push the egg to left side of the other two, but is instead seen pushing the egg between the other two in the following shot. Also, in the initially mentioned shot, there is no downhill slope to the left of Sid and the eggs. But magically, one appears right next to them two shots later. (00:12:15)

Continuity mistake: When Rey is following Luke upwards the steep terrain, between the two shots in which Luke is visible, there is a shot of Rey kneeling down, following up with her noticing the old Jedi tree. Given the amount of time the camera was focused on Rey, Luke should have been significantly further away as of the second shot in which he is visible. Instead he is seen continuing walking, starting from a point that he had already passed in the previous shot. (There is one dark spot on the ground, in which Luke can be seen walking past to his right in the first shot, which can be used to help identifying the mistake). (00:21:40)

Stupidity: Rescuing Manfred and Diego from the giant carnivorous plant, Buck could have cut both wires simultaneously to avoid that unnecessary horrible potential outcome of cutting the wrong one. The wires were stretchable enough for them to have been held together to then get cut at the same time. (00:37:40)

Continuity mistake: Fleeing from the giant crab, Sid runs to the leading edge of the huge ice float. Two shots later, the camera displays the leading edge of the ice float as it begins to go downhill, but Sid isn't there anymore. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: In the shot when Granny talks about her dead pet and the young male sloth complains about it, the uncle sloth can not be seen between them, but instead appears between them in the following shot. (00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: As Sid says "Yeah. She's tons of fun and you're no fun at all", Diego is on the right side of Sid (from Sid's point of view), standing relatively close beside him. Immediately in the next shot, when Sid finishes off by saying: "She completes you", Diego no longer can be seen beside him. (00:34:45)
