Factual error: One of the brain surgeons says about Cain's brain, "it's nice and clean in here, there's no damage", except we see throughout the film Cain using the drug Nuke, even a new variation of it called Blue Velvet. When he injects it he's with his chemist Frank, and mentions two of its ingredients, "benzadrine and scopolamine" - no way his brain would be nice and clean.

Factual error: When the Malaysian EMT is walking towards a Chinese market from the crashed ambulance, autumn leaves can be seen at the roadside. Malaysia is a tropical country, there shouldn't be any seasonal changes even if it's at Sibu, Sarawak, Borneo island.

Factual error: When Andy bungee jumps off the Eiffel Tower, he hits his head on the rebound. If he had rebounded back from where he was shown, it would have smashed his skull to pieces and killed him instantly.

Factual error: The sirens on French ambulances have two distinct tones, not a single oscillating one.

Factual error: During the subway tunnel fight the subway train takes over 60 seconds to pass by Blade and Quinn. If the train is traveling at 30 miles per hour then the train would have to be a half mile long, or 66 train cars at 40ft per car. A standard subway train is only 8 or 10 cars long.

Factual error: Whistler uses a Heckler and Koch MP5SD3 to mow down several familiars at the vampire library archives, but the muzzle flash is impossibly large and bright for a suppressed weapon.
