True Lies (1994)
Factual error: When Harry is being interrogated by Samir, he gets drugged with something he refers to as sodium amytal (amobarbital) which is a treatment for insomnia and not a truth agent as Harry refers to it as. (01:33:46)
Suggested correction: To date, I don't believe there are any reliable "truth serums." Substances/barbituates used as so-called "truth serums" basically slow down messages to the brain, thereby (in theory) making it more difficult for some people to lie because lying requires thinking/ concentration. Sodium Amytal may still be referred to as a "truth serum", but is no longer used for this purpose. (Some people developed false memories). You are correct, however, that it may be used for insomnia because it is a sedative.

The Mask (1994)
Continuity mistake: When Stanley and Kalloway leave the police station, there are 2 men to the right shaking hands, then they walk off. The next shot is of Doyle saying "pig Latin", and the 2 men are doing exactly the same thing again. (01:15:50)

Avatar (2009)
Other mistake: During the battle between the marines and the Navi, colonel Quaritch shoots down Trudy's ship. Despite her cockpit having bullet holes in it, somehow she is still able to breathe. Unlike Quaritch when Jake sticks the knife into his AMP.

Saving Private Ryan (1998)
Question: When Caparzo hands Melish the knife, why did he get upset?
Answer: The situation from before, an intense firefight, got to him, the stress and anxiety taking over for a moment. It's likely this is his first moment of rest and reflection since landing on the beach. Plus, it's a Hitler Youth knife, revealing they just killed a bunch of minors.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
Factual error: When Terminator shoots T1000 in the liquid nitrogen truck, the trucks tips over and is still moving which would be impossible. It would just stop dead in its tracks not continue for another 100 feet like it does in the movie.

Saving Private Ryan (1998)
Other mistake: When Melish is stabbed by the German soldier, Melish's body isn't consistent with the floor. It's almost as if he his lying underneath the floor.

Con Air (1997)
Plot hole: The Jailbird is supposed to be state of the art super max facility, but the guards don't scan the prisoners for pins, which some of the prisoners use to escape from their handcuffs.
Suggested correction: Cyrus had a pin inserted into his hand. There is no way to scan for that. Pinball had something in his stomach. They had concealed their means of escape very well. Not even a plot hole if they didn't scan for it anyway, just a human mistake to not see something that is concealed.

Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999)
Continuity mistake: When Qui Gon is killed, he falls to the floor with his right arm on the floor. The next shot shows his left arm falling and his right arm on his chest. (01:55:05)

Batman and Robin (1997)
Stupidity: Batman blows up a rocket to avoid it crashing back to Gotham. You would've thought he would have more sense to detonate it whilst it was out of the earth's atmosphere So, basically, he has turned 1 falling object into hundred of falling objects. (01:11:15 - 01:11:50)
Suggested correction: Batman's bomb probably has a set time to go off, couldn't have it go off until it was higher. So he slapped it on immediately and went after Freeze. The rocket disintegrated in the explosion, making it harmless.
Completely ridiculous correction that contradicts what the movie itself shows. You literally see it explode right after Batman exits. There's no "set timer" outside of a couple-second delay.

Escape Plan (2013)
Other mistake: When Ray attempts his first escape, he emerges from the front right side of the fire engine. When he explains how he did it, he appears too far in front of the fire engine to make it look like he was underneath it. (01:07:25 - 02:13:40)

Predator (1987)
Continuity mistake: When Mac first shoots up the jungle, he runs out of ammo. From the behind shot the barrel of the mini gun isn't spinning. Then, from the front shot when Mac releases it the barrel is spinning. (01:46:25 - 02:46:30)

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)
Question: During the barrel water scene, Bomba is catapulted through the air and fights a bunch of orcs, he discards his barrel because it is all smashed up. Where did the extra barrel he jumps into come from? We never see extra empty barrels following the dwarves.
Answer: When they are all getting into their barrels from Bilbos plan an extra barrel can be seen in the bottom right screen but Bilbo did not see it possibly because he just didn't notice.

Batman (1989)
Other mistake: In the scene at the beginning, when the robbers take Harold's wallet, the robber who had the gun says "American express card" but, when he says "don't leave home without it" the subtitles say the goon on the left says it, even though you can see the goon on the right move his mouth. Escape Plan (2013)
Factual error: When Ray figures out he is on the ship, he makes it back to his cell, creating a flood along the way, he then swims through a lot of water. When he returns to his water drenched cell and escapes with Victor, his clothes are bone dry. (01:54:30 - 01:55:20)
Suggested correction: I really don't think so. Their clothes are completely soaked, like their hair and skin.
Nope...watching the scene many times in slo-mo, it's clear that Arnie's shirt is soaked, but Sly's is just as obviously dry.
In the first shot when he comes out from the cell he is more than knee-deep in water, with water splashing everywhere, and there are showers of water everywhere when the shot changes: if the shirt were dry you would see stains created by the water spashes and by soaking wet Arnie leaning on him and touching him, since it is impossible for a dry shirt to stay dry through what we see onscreen, let alone the multiple takes most likely they had to do: instead the color of the shirt is uniform. Plus his hair, face, his T-shirt underneath is wet, why would they throw a dry shirt on him on that mess, and how would it stay dry? I think it's simply the light to make them appear different, Arnie is on the darker side of the corridor. However, that's just my observation.

Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983)
Continuity mistake: During the speeder chase scene, Leia jumps from her speeder and it blows up, the stormtrooper then hits a tree. The camera shows the tree as a hollow shaft, but when the stormtrooper smashes into it, suddenly it is solid. (01:58:15)

Blade (1998)

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
Continuity mistake: When John and Kate are in the Crystal peak bunker, T-X smashes through with a helicopter, and there is an external shot of the chopper's rear blade spinning, but when T-X exits, the rear blade is gone, then in the wide shot of T-X it reappears. (01:32:35)
