Monster Squad - S7-E41

New this week Continuity mistake: When Tamera knocks on the door and the "boys" are ridiculing her about being a girl and can't enter, Cool Kid says "Fuck Flowers" and they all roar in agreement. If you watch closely you can see Tamera's right hand come up on screen in the bottom right hand corner. However when it cuts to a close up of Tamera, she's gesturing with her left hand. (00:07:00)

Aladdin (1992)

Video

New this week Plot hole: The cave of wonders originally states that "only ONE may enter here" emphasizing the number one. Yet Aladdin is able to enter with Abu. And it's not that it doesn't count because he's he's an animal as it is Abu that sets off the booby traps inside. And if animals didn't matter, then Jafar could have just sent Iago inside to grab the lamp.

New this week Suggested correction: It would seem the cave considers Abu a pet, so he doesn't count as a person. And as is usually the case, you are responsible for the actions of your pet, up to and including stealing magical jewels from a cave of wonders.

Jason Hoffman

Next to that, this plot hole is a total copy from the YouTube channel Cinemasins who posted about this movie not 3 days ago, exactly the same.

Black Widow VS Widowmaker (Marvel VS Overwatch) - S6-E3

Factual error: When Black Widow and Widowmaker fire the sniper shot at each other, there is a close up of the bullets grazing each other in mid air. However in this shot the bullets are animated as having the casings still attached while flying through the air. (00:15:30)

Aquaman (2018)

Video

Deliberate mistake: Spoilers! When Black Manta is defeated, he is knocked unconscious and tumbles down a rock face after his helmet explodes on his face into the waters by the shores of Sicily. These currents and waves at best would have carried him to the rocks or the beach, leaving him on land or near it. However in the after credit scene he's somehow found out in the middle of the ocean on a broken drift wood. He would not have been carried back out to sea like that.

Suggested correction: The water is tidal. If the tide was going out, the current would take him out to sea.

Aquaman (2018)

Revealing mistake: When Orm presents the weapons to Manta as a water hologram, Manta walks right through the hologram with half of his body. This arm passes through the hologram made of water and even makes a splash sound. However, there is not a single drop of water on Manta's completely dry clothing after this.

Continuity mistake: After Arthur puts his father in the truck after the bar, we see Mera emerging from the water from the left of screen, right of the truck, off to the side casually walking up. When the camera changes we hear a splash and suddenly Mera is on the dock behind the truck dripping water. This is showing that she was walking up from the side, suddenly went back into the water, only to jump back out again at a different spot on the dock.

But there are multiple in the same spot as the door opens for him.

Hot Fuzz (2007)

Video

Trivia: Real life police actually praise this movie for one aspect. And that is the realistic depiction of paperwork being done after every event. Most police films and shows never show or talk about the paperwork and cops were glad to see the most annoying part of the job finally get recognition.

Question: Spoiler Warning: when Tam is killed in the space station by the water flooding out of the vents, and then freezing her when the air lock breaks, it is simply stated that the water was from condensation. However even on a space station that big I don't see how that much condensation could have built up in such a short time to be able to flood an entire air lock room. So my question, is is it supposed to be that the water was actually coming from the other Shepard space station? The other Earth news cast they managed to pick up showed that the Shepard station from that universe had crashed into the ocean and was drowned. So was the water in theirs supposed to be sort of moving through a dimensional portal linked between the space stations, so that they were getting ocean water from the crashed Shepard into theirs? Or was it really just an insane amount of condensation build up?

Question: Towards the beginning of the film, when Hamilton is talking to her husband via video chat from the space station, he is in the middle of saying something when the signal cuts out quite abruptly. She just stares at the screen for a moment as does he on his end without either side trying to reestablish contact. Was there a reason why they didn't try to bring the call back? it gave no indication as to why the signal even cut out. Though my guess is maybe the Earth rotation put them out of range or blocked the signal. But that's just a guess of the top of my head. It just felt strange that the reason for this was never addressed neither side even attempted to re-establish contact. So why exactly did they not?

Answer: There was no explanation about this but it appears to be more of a plot device to foreshadow future story line events and create suspense. Movies are less concerned about technical accuracy than moving the story forward in an engaging manner.
