The Game (1997)

Corrected entry: Towards the end, when Nick is holding Christine hostage in the CRS cafeteria, when the waiter drops the tray and the guards start shooting, Nick & Christine take off and run along the back and out a rear door into the stairwell. He does not look back to the rest of the cafeteria. He runs straight for the door as the guards continue to shoot. Feingold is then shot while standing in line back by the food counter. When Nick is on the roof and Christine is trying to tell him its all fake, he says he saw Feingold get shot. Nick actually never saw this. (01:51:30)

Correction: This entry is completely full of chronological errors. It first states that Nick & Christine run out a rear door into the stairwell, but this does no happen until after the guards shoot Feingold. It is obvious because they run half next to the same pastry cart that Feingold is shot in front of in the kitchen, thus making it impossible for Nicholas not to have seen Feingold's supposedly dead body, and which is why in the end when Christine is trying to tell him its all fake, she responds to him saying he saw Feingold die, she asks him if that's what he really saw and that they were just squibs.

Meet the Fockers (2004)

Corrected entry: Pam, when starting the trip in the motor home, has on a green pullover sweater as she sits in the back with Dina and Little Jack. It then changes to a green jacket. (00:13:05 - 00:13:55)

Luna Negra

Correction: In the first shot, when Jack begins his announcement as they drive off from Oyster Bay in Long Island, Pam is wearing the short sleeve green sweater over her blouse, and Little Jack is wearing blue pants. After Jack finishes his announcement and ribs Greg, there is an aerial shot of the motor coach traveling on the Verrazano Bridge (towards New Jersey), with Manhattan in the background, which means they've driven about 40 miles off screen between shots, at this point. It isn't until a few shots after they pass the exit sign with the "Giant Ball of String" that we finally see Pam wearing the green long sleeve jacket over the blouse, and LJ wearing blue shorts. More than enough time has passed in the interim for Pam's and LJ's attire to change.

Meet the Fockers (2004)

Corrected entry: After the football game, when Greg goes to check on Jack, who is resting in Roz's office, the original statue by the door that Greg shoved behind the dresser is now back, along with a new 2nd statue on the left and the shell is now in the middle of the desk. (00:55:01)

Luna Negra

Correction: After Roz tells Greg that her office is ready for Dina and Jack, yes, Greg places the couple statue upside-down behind the table, with its base flush with the tabletop; shortly after, Jack informs them that he and Dina will be staying in their motorhome - not Roz's office. It is not until hours later, in the evening, after the toilet incident, that Dina, Jack and LJ finally enter Roz's office, when we see the couple statue and another statue on the tabletop, with the sea shell. Since Dina and Jack were not planning on sleeping in Roz's office, this simple rearrangement can easily be made, during the many hours off screen, by Roz herself.

Anchorman (2004)

Corrected entry: When Jack Black is on the bridge, after he kicks Ron Burgundy's dog over the side, he says "That's how I roll." The movie takes place in the 1970's. Although very funny, this urban slang/phrase is an anachronism. It did not appear on the scene until the early 2000's, so it's about 30 years out of sync. (00:48:55)

Luna Negra

Correction: The term may have been popularised by the explosion in the media during the last decade, but the terms, "Let's roll" or "roll 'em" etc. when used in this manner have been around for the best part of half a century in the film and TV industry. It was used in the 1950's in conjuction with popular music and its attributions.
