Revealing mistake: The single kerosene lamp West lights inside Bronzini's circus wagon not only lights up the entire room, it also impossibly casts his shadow on two different walls at once as he searches the various trunks. (00:14:50)

Daniel Boone (1964)

Steele Trap - S1-E10

Factual error: Laura deduces that Ambrose's TV message, which suddenly came on in the dining room, wasn't live but a recording. She says that the VCR's timer had been set to begin playing the message during the guest dinner. But with a standard, unmodified VCR, which this is, that would be impossible. VCR timers work only to record something - not to play it back. (00:23:10)

Balance of Terror - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: Midway through the episode, a stock shot of the view screen shows Sulu at the helm. When we return to the bridge master shot, however, Sulu isn't there. Styles is the only one at the console, and he's sitting at navigation. The helmsman's chair is empty. (00:32:05)

The City on the Edge of Forever - S1-E29

The red shirt is not visible, then is hanging down on the right, then isn't. It then disappears from view until they reach Edith's basement, where Kirk puts it on. Two belts, two jackets and Spock's cap also seem to have added themselves to the bundle somehow. They're not there when Kirk first dismantles the tangle of clothes in the basement.
