Forever Knight (1992)

Show generally

Factual error: As the creepy "Nightcrawler," master vampire LaCroix taunts Nick via his CERK radio broadcasts, which Nick listens to on his Cadillac's car radio. Except, CERK's studio sign says it's an FM station. And Nick's Caddy, supposedly a '62, still has its factory radio (we get lots of good close-ups of that), which in 1962 was strictly AM. So how was he receiving LaCroix's station?

Forever Knight (1992)

Queen of Harps - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: Nick and Schanke are interrogating a murder suspect and disagreeing about whether or not she did the deed. They leave the interview room together, and Nick's hair completely changes styles as he walks out of the room. On the inside of the door, it's combed down over his forehead and rather "fluffy." The minute he exits on the other side of the door, it's brushed back and slicked down. (00:25:55)

Forever Knight (1992)

Partners of the Month - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: Schanke's mother-in-law had previously been established as dead, yet Schanke's talking to her on the phone in this episode. (00:16:25)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Assassin - S4-E7

Visible crew/equipment: When Nebrox is relaxing in a chair on Scorpio's flight deck, large bright yellow power cables are visible running from the console behind him and across the set floor to the right of the shot. Maybe they were jump starting the space ship? (00:21:50)

Forever Knight (1992)

Show generally

Factual error: The Cadillacs (all three of them) used throughout the series to play the part of Nick's sea-green, large-trunk vampire transportation were not, as claimed in the show, 1962 models. Nick's car, in all its incarnations, was actually a '61.

Star Trek (1966)

Shore Leave - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: Don Juan tears Yeoman Barrows' tunic at the right shoulder. Near the end, when she changes from the fairy tale dress back into the tunic, the torn right shoulder is suddenly mended. They're cut off from the ship by the power drain, so she couldn't have beamed up for a new one. She emerges from the bushes after changing, and now her tunic is torn at the left shoulder. (00:43:25)

Star Trek (1966)

A Private Little War - S2-E19

Revealing mistake: While Nona is struggling with her Villager attackers, the camera tilts just far enough to show, in the distance, a nice (if slightly smoggy) view of buildings, docks and boats in Santa Monica Harbor. (00:45:00)

Star Trek (1966)

Shore Leave - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: Finnegan flips Kirk over his shoulder near the end of their fight. When Kirk lands, his uniform is still completely intact, but when we cut to a close-up, his shirt is suddenly shredded. (00:38:30)

Forever Knight (1992)

Partners of the Month - S2-E18

Revealing mistake: When Schanke, in a huff, packs up his treasures and moves out of Nick's loft, he kicks the box of his belongings into the freight elevator, then gets in and closes the door. If you watch closely, you can see the cord of his duck lamp caught under the door, where it stays even after the elevator supposedly begins its descent. (00:31:55 - 00:34:55)

Star Trek (1966)

Shore Leave - S1-E16

Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode, the heavy chains restraining the "loose" tiger are visible both around his neck and running across the rocks to the right of the shot. (00:42:35)

Forever Knight (1992)

Forward into the Past - S2-E4

Factual error: Nick tells fellow vampire Aristotle, "You still owe me for that time at the Battle of Hastings." Nick was brought across in 1228, or so the intro told us every week. The Battle of Hastings, as any British school kid knows, was fought in 1066, over 100 years before Nick's mortal birth. (00:29:30)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Aftermath - S3-E1

Revealing mistake: While Avon is occupied in hand-to-hand combat with a native on the beach, someone who isn't supposed to be in the shot can be seen walking on the ridge in the background, waving his arms in the air. (00:13:35)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Games - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: Orac is in two places at once: he's sitting on the console, plainly visible in front of Dayna as she calls the landing party - but in the next shot of the crew over on the orbiter, Vila is holding Orac. (00:40:45)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Assassin - S4-E7

Other mistake: The number of buttons on the left shoulder of Tarrant's costume keeps changing throughout this episode. Most of the time, all 4 are there, but in several intermittent shots, one of the buttons is missing. (00:32:00 - 00:37:25)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Games - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: The computer simulation shoots Gerren in the left shoulder, but when the Scorpio crew teleport him up to let Soolin render first aid, he's holding his right shoulder instead. (00:06:30 - 00:08:00)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Gold - S4-E10

Revealing mistake: Avon and Soolin hide from the processing plant guards in an alcove, but Avon's black-booted foot is sticking out in plain sight. Fortunately, the guards don't seem to notice and walk on by anyway. (00:18:00)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Games - S4-E8

Visible crew/equipment: While pulling back from Vila's conversation with the gaming computer, the camera apparently runs over a cable. There's a visible jump in the picture and an audible clanking noise. (00:37:20)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Moloch - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: In his scuffle with Servalan's trooper, Vila's teleport bracelet falls off and rolls away. We're even shown a close-up of it as it comes to rest near the dropped gun. Yet in the very next shot, as the fight continues, the bracelet is back on Vila's wrist. (00:37:20)

Star Trek (1966)

The Corbomite Maneuver - S1-E11

Continuity mistake: As Balok's 10 minutes are counting down, McCoy comes onto the bridge wearing a standard blue velour uniform. A few minutes later, when Spock says he can bring up Balok's image, McCoy is suddenly wearing his medical tunic with the different fabric and collar. Then when Bailey starts losing it, McCoy is back in the regular velour costume again.

Blake's 7 (1978)

Mission to Destiny - S1-E7

Revealing mistake: When Blake hastily slaps at the oxygen vent control to close it, the knob breaks off, drops to the floor and bounces noisily away. (00:07:25)
