Forever Knight (1992)

Star Trek (1966)

Catspaw - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: When Sylvia angrily upbraids Korob for talking too much, an inserted reaction close-up of him makes the table and chairs change from in front of him to behind him and back between shots. (00:27:15)

The Alexander the Greater Affair (1) - S2-E1

Plot hole: Bad guys tie lousy knots. Solo's bonds at the end are so loose that he easily slips his feet free to stop the swinging blade. And the rope across his chest does nothing to pinion his elbows or lower arms. He could have reached up with his hands to catch the blade at any time. (00:44:30)

Star Trek (1966)

Journey to Babel - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: Just before Kirk kicks his attacker for the final time during the fight in the corridor, the Andorian picks the knife up off the deck with his left hand. In the very next shot, the knife has instantly switched to his right hand. (00:28:30)

The Alexander the Greater Affair (1) - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: Parviz starts the blade swinging while he's standing directly behind it. In the very next shot, he instantly "jumps" to a position on one side instead. Probably a wise move. We're just not sure how he did it so fast. (00:44:10)

Star Trek (1966)

A Piece of the Action - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: Though the name is spelled "Oxmyx" in the script and pronounced as such in the episode, a poster in Krako's office spells his rival's name as "Okmyx." (00:18:50)

Star Trek (1966)

Catspaw - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Korob uses his wand to put a feast on the table and light the candles. Only, in the very next, close-up shot of him, the feast is gone and the candles are unlit again. Next wide shot, everything is back. (00:20:00)

Friday's Child - S2-E11

Revealing mistake: In McCoy's video of the Capellans, the weapon thrown at the sapling actually misses it and nails a nearby bush instead. The tree, however, obediently breaks in half and falls over anyway. (00:00:20)

Star Trek (1966)

Friday's Child - S2-E11

Deliberate mistake: When the decoyed Enterprise heads back to Capella, the special effects shot is reversed to indicate that it's going back in the other direction. Unfortunately, this gives us two brief shots of the ship with the registration numbers backwards. (00:37:40)

Star Trek (1966)

Errand of Mercy - S1-E27

Continuity mistake: The Organians cause all the weapons to overheat, and everyone drops them to the floor. When Kor moves to the desk to call his ship, though, he's wearing his disruptor. It's gone again when he returns. (00:41:45)

Star Trek (1966)

Journey to Babel - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: When Sarek enters the banquet room to take his medication, the Tellarite sitting at the table holds a glass in his right hand. In all the full shots with Sarek in the foreground, the glass switches to the Tellarite's left hand. In all the close-ups of him, it's back in his right again. (00:14:50)

Star Trek (1966)

The Menagerie (1) - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: The landing party beams down in daylight, but the window inside Mendez's office shows that it's night outside. In the next exterior shot, it's day again. Next shot back in the office: night. (00:00:30 - 00:05:20)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Seek-Locate-Destroy - S1-E6

Revealing mistake: When the Federation troopers blow open the interrogation room door, you can see a brief glimpse, through the smoke, of the thrown sledge hammer that was used to make the door fall in. (00:48:15)

The Naked Time - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: As the bridge crew monitors Psi 2000 on the view screen, a glitch in the special effects matte makes the planet vanish briefly and then reappear - twice. (00:12:30)

Blake's 7 (1978)

The Web - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: The double-bladed axe one of the Decimas uses to attack the station windows is wobbling as he strikes with it. Small wonder he's not getting far at breaking in, with a weapon made of rubber. (00:22:30)

Blake's 7 (1978)

The Web - S1-E5

Visible crew/equipment: When Jenna tries to call Gan and Vila from her flight deck station, part of a piece of equipment is sticking out into the lighted corridor to her left. It's still there later, when Gan walks through the opening, but it's gone a short time later. (00:06:45 - 00:13:15)

The Girls of Nazarone Affair - S1-E28

Continuity mistake: In the hotel room, Solo gives Lavinia Brown one of his cards. She's holding it in her left hand and gesturing with it as she talks to him. But when the camera angle changes slightly, the card suddenly vanishes. (00:18:25)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Blake's 7 (1978)

The Web - S1-E5

Visible crew/equipment: After Avon says, "I haven't been anywhere near them," and sits down on the flight couch, part of the camera dolly moves across the bottom of the screen. (00:06:30)

The Girls of Nazarone Affair - S1-E28

Plot hole: Illya dives into the pool to rescue Solo and Lavinia, who've been tied to mattresses and left to drown. Somehow, Illya divines that Solo will be able to free himself. He swims to Lavinia and cuts her free while Solo is still sinking, then heads for the ladder without looking back. Fortunately, his psychic powers are on target: an untied Solo soon appears, swimming free, behind him. (00:38:10)
