Star Trek (1966)

The Alternative Factor - S1-E28

Plot hole: Kirk knows that Lazarus is insane and that he wants the Enterprise dilithium crystals. Yet he's not restrained in sickbay and is, in fact, given free run of the ship so that he can knock out the crew in engineering and steal the crystals. Other than to further a woefully weak plotline, this makes no sense whatsoever.

The Suburbia Affair - S3-E17

Factual error: Betsy orders and picks up the rare drug for Willoby at the pharmacy, without a doctor's prescription and without identifying who it's for. Even in the 1960s, FDA laws weren't that lax. No pharmacist would have filled such an order. (00:23:20)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Powerplay - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: Avon refers to Tarrant hitting him "over the back of the head." But Tarrant didn't. He struck Avon from the front, on the forehead, and not from behind. (00:05:30 - 00:40:45)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Dawn of the Gods - S3-E4

Revealing mistake: Liberator's auto-repair circuits have mysteriously stopped functioning. The molding on the top center flight deck console is hanging loose, a glitch that remains for several episodes. (00:23:50)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Volcano - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: The Liberator gun Avon uses to kill two of the three troopers on the flight deck disappears entirely between shots after he's hit by the third trooper's return fire. (00:33:50)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Volcano - S3-E3

Factual error: Liberator's medical treatments are certainly weird. Vila dresses Avon's wounded arm with padding that's put on over top of his clothing. (00:37:20)

The Foreign Legion Affair - S2-E22

Continuity mistake: The woman sent to Solo's cell with food has two red jewels hanging from her headband onto her forehead. But after Solo finishes the meal, she suddenly has only one jewel attached to the headband. (00:18:15 - 00:28:10)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Dawn of the Gods - S3-E4

Continuity mistake: As the ship falls into the black hole, Cally loses consciousness with her right hand beneath her head. A few shots later, her position reverses and she's lying with her left hand under her head. (00:10:40 - 00:11:35)

The Seven Wonders of the World Affair (2) - S4-E16

Continuity mistake: Solo and Illya watch as the gas chamber is lowered from the ceiling. In front view, they're standing just inches apart. But in all the reverse angles, they're more than a foot from each other. (00:31:10)

Jean G

The Foreign Legion Affair - S2-E22

Continuity mistake: When Solo begins trying to seduce the dancing girl with the line, "We shall taste paradise," he's standing at least a foot away from her. But in the very next shot, they're suddenly in a clinch: her hands are on his cheeks and they're about to kiss. (00:29:15)

The Seven Wonders of the World Affair (2) - S4-E16

Audio problem: A member of Kingsley's army asks if Solo had a pleasant rest after the captured agent wakes up. But the man's line is partially obliterated by a loud pop and a sound drop-out. (00:13:40)

Jean G

The Seven Wonders of the World Affair (1) - S4-E15

Revealing mistake: Illya flies a helicopter to the Himalayas in search of Solo, and at the same time, Kingsley's men are loading an unconscious Solo into another copter. Not only do the two helicopters look suspiciously similar - they have the exact same registration number: N73959. (00:44:40 - 00:46:30)

Jean G

The Five Daughters Affair (2) - S3-E29

Factual error: Somehow, Thrush lands its big jumbo jet at the polar ice cap. In the snow. Without a runway. (00:33:05)

Blake's 7 (1978)

The Keeper - S2-E12

Revealing mistake: Goth's primitive inhabitants are pre-industrial. They wear furs, use swords and other ancient weapons, and live in tents. So where do they come by their shiny black plastic ski goggles? Goth-mart? (00:07:25)

Jean G

The Seven Wonders of the World Affair (2) - S4-E16

Visible crew/equipment: When Solo is being marched out to face the firing squad, the shadows of the camera crew are captured twice on the white pillars surrounding Kingsley's swimming pool. (00:20:15)

Jean G

The Seven Wonders of the World Affair (2) - S4-E16

Audio problem: Kingsley is ordering Harmon to go ahead and hold the executions - but his voice is so badly overdubbed that his line is almost unintelligible. (00:23:40)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Voice from the Past - S2-E10

Plot hole: Travis, dressed up as the supposedly disabled dissident Shivan, fools Blake and the rebellion leaders far too easily. His head bandages completely cover his mouth (how did he eat?) and his glued-on glass eye is so obviously fake it's laughable. If we noticed, why didn't they? (00:21:05)

Jean G

The Five Daughters Affair (1) - S3-E28

Continuity mistake: No one seems to know which daughter is which. Margo is named daughter number 2 in Act II's title, but the dialogue calls her daughter number 1. Act III's title says Imogen is number 3, while the dialogue refers to her as number 2. (00:12:30 - 00:26:45)

Jean G

The Five Daughters Affair (2) - S3-E29

Continuity mistake: On the ground, the mini-jet has a large yellow U.N.C.L.E. logo on its nose. In the air, the logo keeps disappearing, and the plane's tail assembly changes configurations. (00:00:10 - 00:01:35)

Blake's 7 (1978)

Gambit - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: The molecularly miniaturized Orac has been hidden in a metal box while Avon & Vila smuggle him into the casino. Back on the ship, Orac returns to his normal size, but the metal case around him doesn't get larger too - it instantly disappears. (00:50:15)
