The Fugitive (1963)

Wife Killer - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: Barbara searches the one-armed man's wallet. We see an insert shot of two cards, both with the signature "Fred Johnson." But in the next moment, she claims that no two of the IDs are the same before saying, "Oh, wait, here are two." She then "finds" the cards she'd already found in the earlier shot. (00:18:00)

Show generally

Factual error: "Turn Back the Clock": The diving bell descends to 4000 feet, where no light can penetrate and the ocean around them should be pitch black. But some strange, unseen phenomenon is lighting up the bell quite nicely for the camera. (00:21:15)

The Waverly Ring Affair - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: In close-up, Illya is covering the phone receiver with his left hand, but drops the hand to his side when he tells the operator, "Never mind." There's an immediate cut to a wider angle, and his left hand is suddenly back on the receiver in the same position as before. (00:24:00)

The Waverly Ring Affair - S2-E19

Plot hole: Waverly installs the explosive ring on Solo's finger and arms it, then says, "No one is to know you've been issued a priority ring." Odd command. It's a huge and conspicuous gold and red ring that he can't take off, and everyone at U.N.C.L.E. knows what it is. So how can Solo possibly keep it a secret? (00:07:25)

Jean G

The Deep Six Affair - S4-E14

Continuity mistake: Morton turns on the gas in the vault by pushing the toggle switch on the wall downward. When he turns it off a few scenes later, he pushes the same switch down again. (00:25:30)

Jean G

The Deep Six Affair - S4-E14

Continuity mistake: The black Cadillac that pulls up to the guard house is a standard 60s Caddy with 4 doors, 2 bench seats and 4 passengers that we can see. But in the interior shot, there are 7 passengers sitting in a limo-sized Cadillac with a 3rd bench seat and 6 doors. (00:38:20)

The Night of the Murderous Spring - S1-E27

Revealing mistake: Kitten bends apart the cell bars, allowing West and Gordon to escape. But when they brush against it on the way out, one of the "iron" bars gives, flexing like the rubber that it probably is. (00:40:30)

Jean G

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Revealing mistake: Artemus is sampling beef stroganoff from a pot on the stove. He then carries the kettle by its swinging handle across the room, tilting it just enough to reveal to the camera that it's really empty. (00:43:10)

Jean G

The Night That Terror Stalked the Town - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: West pulls a gun on Artemus and places it just behind his head. In the next shot, though, West is standing two feet away and the gun is nowhere near Artemus' head. (00:45:30)

Revealing mistake: "The City Beneath the Sea": On the beach, Molina is petite, thin and small-chested in her wetsuit. Underwater, she mysteriously gains several pounds, bigger muscles and a much larger bust, thanks to a poorly-matched stunt double. (00:12:00)

Jean G

Show generally

Continuity mistake: "The City Beneath the Sea": Seaview's windows form 8 horizontal rectangles in 2 rows across its bow. But the interior sets have windows that form vertical rectangles, and they're much closer together than they are in the exterior shots. (00:02:30)
