Pulp Fiction (1994)

Continuity mistake: After returning from Jackrabbit Slims, Vincent goes to the toliet and Mia puts on some music, then sits on the couch. In one closeup of Mia, she takes a cigarette and puts it in her mouth, and you can see she isn't wearing Vincent's grey jacket. Then when it cuts to a wider shot of her lighting the cigarette, the jacket has appeared on her. (00:50:25)

Pulp Fiction (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Vincent takes Mia home after giving her the shot, Vincent and Mia talk, then Mia finally tells Vincent the Fox Force Five joke. Before and while she tells the joke, in every shot behind her, her arms are down by her sides, yet in every front view of her, her arms are folded, or one arm is up by her mouth. (00:59:50)

Question: Who put gasoline all over the massive swan float? Is it ever revealed. Who could it of been! And why did anybody do it (and how would they have the time, IF everyone thought Amber would win etc.!!!) - It annoyed me, this did! Who put gasoline on the float?

Hamster Premium member

Chosen answer: I don't think anyone actually put gasoline over the float - it's suggested in the movie that the float is leaking gasoline because Becky's father imported it cheap from Mexico.

The Blue Lagoon (1980)

Continuity mistake: After Emmeline has her nightmare about Richard dying, she wakes up, and Richard comes and asks her if she's alright, as he stands in the hut doorway. You can see that it's raining and that the sky is grey and cloudy and you can hear thunder rumbling and can see lightning. It then cuts back to Emmeline, that back to Richard, and the sky is is now blue and the sun is shining bright. (00:47:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Emmeline and Richard sit on the beach with their stockings, on the shore behind them you can see a white boat, and there's a long wooden stick leaning against it. General questions

Does anybody know the title to this foreign film (japanese I think.) I saw it in a shop, and it's review was that it is "Sound of Music meets Dawn of the Dead", and it's tagline is "The hills are alive with the sounds of screaming!" - I've searched IMDB, but can't find the film.

Chosen answer: It's "Katakuri-ke no k├┤fuku" ("The Happiness if the Katakuris"). And it's "Sound of Music meets Night of the Living Dead."

Visible crew/equipment: After solving the "60659" mystery, Kate opens a portal, revealing nothing but darkness outside it. It then cuts to a shot of the watch ticking, then back to Kate who is still kneeling down. In this shot you can clearly see down her blouse, and the long black mic wire and mic is very visible. Audio problem: When Simon opens the portal to discover Jerry walking upside down, Jerry is saying things like "Do you need a hand there? You're upside down", yet his mouth doesn't move at all. (01:10:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When Julia and Max are talking about Alex Trusk, Max then goes on to tell Julia that he designed the concept for the variable time-speed rooms. As he walks across the room, exclaiming "It was for a game! Now here we are!", watch the floor to the right of the screen, and you can see some black crew equipment laying there, which is nothing that belongs to Julia or Max. (01:08:25)

Continuity mistake: The properties of the writing on Kate's arm changes throughout the film. The "60659" changes in various scenes. Sometimes the handwriting differs, or the darkness of the writing changes to being fainter, or vice versa. (01:21:15 - 01:21:50)
