Kit for Cat

Trivia: When Sylvester throws the little orange kitten into a box of rubbish, there is a bottle with a label on it entitled "Pratt's Cocktail Sherry" - a reference to the Looney Tunes layout artist Hawley Pratt.

Trivia: When the orange cat is trying to frame Sylvester by making a lot of noise, he turns on the radio which plays a soap opera where the two main characters, "Melvin" and "Beatrice", take turns trying to kill each other. "Melvin" is Mel Blanc, whereas "Beatrice" is Bea Benaderet.

Continuity mistake: When Elmer tells Sylvester that he will be thrown out if he makes one more sound, you can see that Elmer's pyjama top has two lines on it, but when he comes down the stairs to say who is leaving the premises, the top has now two buttons on it.
