Continuity mistake: At the start we see Mia driving a Honda NSX with with the aerial up. Camera changes and the aerial is gone. (00:01:20)
Factual error: When the bus slams into Brian's car at the start, Brian's car doesn't move an inch. Given the speed and weight of the bus, Brian's car should have been shunted a good distance. (00:01:45)
Continuity mistake: When O'Connor blocks the bus on the two-lane highway with his vehicle, the bus swerves around his car towards the shoulder, clips the right rear of the car, and breaks the vehicle's rear window. In the next shot, the bus reverses angles, flips over the left rear of O'Connor's car nearest the center line, becomes airborne, and then rolls over and over down the center of the highway. If it had continued on its initial trajectory, it would have crushed his vehicle and continued onto the shoulder. (00:01:45)
Continuity mistake: When the bus is rolling at the start we see a shot where some windows and yellow foam come flying out of the bus. Camera changes and then we see the bus roll and the windows and foam come out again. (00:01:55)

Revealing mistake: At the start when Mia and Brian are rescuing Dom, we see Mia do a handbrake turn. Look at the ground and there are skid marks visible from previous takes. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: On the train Mia is reading a magazine, Brian takes it off her and she puts her hand on her her chin and keeps it there, in shot, until the camera changes to a closeup of her face. When we see the closeup of her face, her hand is not there. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: When the buggy first pulls alongside the train, in the first shot, the train is past the buggy. Camera cuts, and the train is next to the buggy. There is also shot where the buggy is in the sun, but after a cut the train's shadow is over the buggy. (00:09:55)
Revealing mistake: When Vince drives off with the first car out of the train, tyre marks from previous takes can be seen in the sand. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: As the cars are being stolen from the train car, they're violently dropped onto the ground, yet they don't have a scratch on them. The best example is the vintage Corvette that Vin Diesel drives out of the train car. The car falls at least 6 feet, landing on the front left corner of the bumper, yet seconds later, the car is in perfect condition. (00:14:40)
Other mistake: When Dom and Brian are speeding alongside the train, in some shots Brian's shirt is billowing, in others it's not, despite travelling extremely fast and being outside. (00:15:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Chief of police asks Hobbs if all this is necessary, Hobbs is looking at the officer. Camera cuts and he is looking at the file. (00:20:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Mia and Brian are about to jump off the roof, when a gunman takes aim there's a cameraman to the bottom right below him. (00:32:35)
Continuity mistake: When Paul and Mia jump off the roof in the favellas, in one shot Mia is in a sitting position in the air with her legs out in front of her. Camera cuts and she's now in a walking position, as if she would land on her feet. (00:33:45)
Continuity mistake: When the translator is saying something doesn't add up, her hand is under the file in one angle but on top in another. (00:35:10)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Gisele is pointing a gun at Roman, Gisele's finger moves from on the trigger guard to the trigger in different shots. (00:41:25)
Revealing mistake: Dom pours petrol over the money to make a point to Reyes. When he does, he pours a small bit on the top and chucks the can away. When he throws the lighter, the entire mound goes up instantly. Even areas with no petrol, and nowhere near the lighter. (00:47:05)
Suggested correction: Petrol is a liquid and as such it will run down from the top as well as the splashing of him pouring it. It will all go up instantly same as if you petrol to start a bonfire.
Clearly not seen the scene. The amount of petrol that is poured is nowhere near enough to cover the entire mound as shown. Even with the liquid splashing and sloshing all over as it's poured.
Continuity mistake: When Dom and the gang burn all the money, they smash one guy pretty good, broken nose and cuts over his face. When this guy explains what happened to Reyes, there are no marks on his face. (00:49:30)
Plot hole: Reyes is the only one able to open his vault in the police station as shown in the movie. All the cash from the cash houses are taken to the vault and we see Reyes arrive to check the money is in the vault. How did the money get in the vault if only Reyes himself can open it? To assume the vault is kept open would be ludicrous as it would defy the whole point of the vault. (00:52:30)
Suggested correction: Reyes has all of his money taken from the safe houses to the police station, all at the same time. Yes, the vault is kept open until all the money gets there and then it is closed. There is no other way to do what Reyes wants without leaving the vault open. Bear in mind that under normal circumstances the money itself has very little actual security, because nobody else would be crazy enough to attack one of Reyes' safe houses.
While your correction is good in respect of the money being taken to the vault, my mistake was referring to the point before the heists. Reyes orders the money to be taken to the vault after the one safe house is hit. And when all the cash is being brought it, yes the vault would be kept open. But what about before the first hit on the safe house? It is extremely unlikely that the vault would have been open prior to this. So how was the vault opened to allow all the money to be brought in in the first place? If only Reyes can open it.
We don't know anything at all about the safe or its contents prior to the money being consolidated. It very well could have been completely empty and unlocked. Reyes could have unlocked the safe, left the building, and only returned once all his money was there. There just isn't enough information for this to be a plot hole. Remember, Reyes is only doing all of this because Dom burned his money. He fully trusts the cops to keep his money safe and it is fairly well established that nobody else in Rio would even attempt to steal from him.
Continuity mistake: When Roman realises he is going to be the one to go into the police station, he has his arm out to the side. Camera changes and now it is on the desk in front of him. (00:54:20)
