Ben Stiller gets arrested for being rude to a stewardess and for saying "bomb." Robert De Niro races to the airport and does a quick interrogation. De Niro approves of the wedding and asks "will you be my son-in-law?" Stiller proposes to Pam. She says yes. Pam's mother says that all that's missing is for her and De Niro to meet Stiller's parents. De Niro watches a surveillance recording confirming his suspicion that Stiller did in fact flush the toilet.

Dina Byrnes: Now Greg, you have a very unique last name. Um, we were curious, how do you pronounce it?
Greg Focker: Oh, just like it's spelled. F-O-C-K-E-R.
Dina Byrnes: F-Focker.
Jack Byrnes: Hmm, Focker. Hmm.
Trivia: Originally, the film was meant to be a vehicle for Jim Carrey. Among his contributions was Greg's surname, "Focker." Eventually, Carrey left the production, and Ben Stiller took the part.

Answer: They used some of the names from the film as nicknames, Greg was interested why they were using them and she just explained that they just took them from the film "Top Gun".
