The Jacket

No one tells Jack how he got the head injury that caused his death. In the past (the year of his death), he gives a letter to Jackie's mother saying that she shouldn't smoke and that in the future, Jackie will lead a sad life because of her death; and that Jackie misses her and never stops thinking about her. Back to the present, Jack slips and falls and hits his head on the concrete outside of the mental hospital. He tells Dr. Lorenson and the others to put him in the jacket. They do, and his present self is dead, but he's alive in the future (2007). He gets picked up by Jackie (like the first time he traveled to the future) but this time her mother isn't dead.

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack and Jackie are waiting in the car for Dr. Becker, Jack is looking in the side mirror. When Jack sees him he opens the door, a camera is visible in the side mirror.
