After Whistler is killed by the police, Blade joining forces with two vampire hunters, part of a group called the Nightstalkers, as they tackle the powerful and ruthless villain Danica Talos (Posey), her brother Asher (Rennie) and her minion Grimwood (Triple H). After harvesting the superior blood of the ancestor of all modern vampires, Talos has resurrected the man now known as "Drake" (notice the modernization of the Dracula name) from a century-long sleep in the hopes of finally getting world control for all vampires. Blade, along with the Nightstalkers must unleash a virus that will kill all vampires, but only are given one chance to make it work.

Continuity mistake: When Sommerfield is talking to Blade about Daystar and says to him "we're calling it Daystar", Sommerfield is standing opposite Blade. In the following shot she moves to standing by his side, then back to where she was. (00:49:35)

Trivia: Series star Wesley Snipes was reportedly unhappy with the script, and thus caused great difficulty on set. In addition to refusing to leave his trailer, mistreating the cast and crew and becoming violent on at least one occasion, he also refused to film certain scenes out of protest. Director David Goyer and the editing team were forced to use creative editing to add Snipes into scenes he refused to shoot. (Ex. In certain scenes, Snipe's body-double was filmed from behind to give the illusion that Blade was on-screen. In certain scenes, footage of Snipes from alternate takes of other scenes would be spliced-in to add him, etc.) Other actors were also reportedly given much of Snipes' dialogue because he refused to film so many sequences.

Question: In the movie, there is a song playing as everyone is hunting the vampires (there are a few split-screen images, and they show a few vampire glyphs), could anyone tell me what the name of this song is, and who sings it? The words 'This Blood' are repeated a few times, but I checked that song and it doesn't seem to be the one playing.

Answer: It's "Hard Wax" by Manchild.
