Continuity mistake: When Harry and Cedric are transported to the cemetery, the Triwizard cup lands on the grassy slope, well beyond the Riddle monument, with its luminescent top facing away from the cauldron area. During Priori Incantatem, three shots after Voldemort exclaims, "He's mine!" the cup lies on the corner of the Riddle monument's stone base and it faces the opposite way. The cup is back up on the grassy area in the following shots. (01:19:00 - 01:28:40)
Harry Potter and the Weasleys go to watch the Quidditch World Cup. On that same night, the illegal Dark Mark appears in the sky. When Harry gets back to Hogwarts, he finds out a surprise. The competition between three of the magic schools is taking place this year. This is a very rare event, since it only happens once every five years but hasn't happened for ages because lots of the competitors died. Viktor Krum, a participator in the Triwizard Tournament, is from one of these amazing wizard schools. Hogwarts is the contest's location this year. Even though Harry is not old enough to enter, his name appears inside the magic goblet. He is in. But he soon will learn that the reason he was secretly entered was to put him and the rest of the world in danger.
Trivia: Mike Newell decided against the original idea of separating the 734-page book into two films released several months apart, figuring he could still make it into a workable film by cutting some of the bulkier subplots.
Question: If I understand correctly, Lily Potter's "love" protection no longer keeps Harry safe after the graveyard ritual, due to Voldemort getting some of Harry's blood. Why, then, doesn't Voldemort attack Harry at the Dursleys' house in the summer?
