Panic Room

Nearly $20 million dollars in bearer bonds belonging to Junior’s recently deceased grandfather is hidden inside a safe in the panic room. Unable to get the women out, frustrated Junior, the 'brains' of the group, decides to give up and leave. He’s shot and killed by the barely sane Raoul. Burnum also tries to leave but is forced at gunpoint by Raoul to stay and crack open the safe. Involved only because he needs money for a child custody fight, Burnum reluctantly agrees but refuses to hurt anyone.Meg and Sarah are eventually flushed out of the panic room. Burnum opens the safe, and with his share of the money, takes off. Hearing screams, he rushes back. After a struggle, Raoul is about to bludgeon Meg with a sledgehammer. Burnum picks up Raoul’s gun and shoots him. He makes for an escape, but is captured by arriving police. Meg and Sarah move out of the house.
