Plot hole: At the end of Spectre Blofeld loses his eye in the crash. In No Time To Die he is being held in Belmarsh Prison, which is high security and holds many terrorists like him, but despite all the high security somehow he has access to a bionic eye which was given to him while in prison. This would've been thoroughly checked many times before being classed as safe and given to him.
Suggested correction: Blofeld loses the eye in an explosion earlier in Spectre, before he went to London. He likely already had the eye with him when he was captured after the crash.
In the UK there are several TV shows about police and prison corruption. It isn't much of a stretch to imagine that one of the guards was bribed and smuggled the eye in for him. Blofeld is a criminal mastermind - he would have many resources at his disposal despite capture.
He just happened to have a bionic eye on his person as a backup in case he lost one of his real ones in an accident?
Continuity mistake: James Bond was wearing a black tie when he visited Vespa Lynd's grave. This was still evident when he knocked Cyclops off his motorbike in the following action sequence. During the fight as he grapples with Cyclops, not only is the tie missing but the top few buttons of his shirt become undone.
Suggested correction: He rips the tie off after he punches Primo. It's a blink or you'll miss it moment, but you can definitely see him do it in b-roll footage. It's been edited in the final version in such a way it isn't clear.
Stupidity: After the fight in the woods Bond walks back a long way, instead of driving the Toyota he had left in the forest in full working order.
Suggested correction: The Toyota has had a major chase over very rough terrain, it may no longer be operable.
It was operating fine when they stopped it in the middle of the forest.
