Plot hole: At the end of Spectre Blofeld looses his eye in the crash. In No Time To Die he is being held in Belmarsh Prison, which is high security and holds many terrorists like him, but despite all the high security somehow he has access to a bionic eye which was given to him while in prison. This would've been thoroughly checked many times before being classed as safe and given to him.
Other mistake: On the prison computer scan of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Blofeld's date of birth is shown as 4th July 1946, but he is only meant to be a few years older than James Bond, as seen in the photo of them together as teenagers in the film Spectre. That photo is meant to be circa 1985, and the newspaper clipping (also shown in Spectre) about Franz Oberhauser's (aka Blofeld) death in the avalanche happened when he was 16 years old. If he was 16 in 1985 then he should have been born in 1969, not 1946.
Continuity mistake: James Bond was wearing a black tie when he visited Vespa Lynd's grave. This was still evident when he knocked Cyclops off his motorbike in the following action sequence. During the fight as he grapples with Cyclops, not only is the tie missing but the top few buttons of his shirt become undone.
Continuity mistake: When Bond and Moneypenny visit Q, he takes his cat from the table, puts it on the steps, and it is running up to the second floor. When they enter the living room, the cat is still on the table.
