Continuity mistake: Right in the beginning, Wade hops out a window from his home and starts walking beside it to the edge to climb to the next level down. As he starts walking he passes by another window with a curtain. It then cuts to a closer angle and suddenly the window no longer has a curtain. Also a wire appears on the wall in front of him. And you can tell it is the same house, not a time jump, as the rust at the top of the window frame is exactly the same. (00:01:15)
Continuity mistake: When Doctor Strange attempts to use the Time Stone on Ebony Maw, Maw ties up Strange telepathically and strangles him unconscious. Beside Strange is a police car and a motorbike tipped on its side. Maw then lifts the ground he is lying on, but the police car has been replaced by an SUV and the motorbike has disappeared. Continuity mistake: When Ken Wheatley is pointing his tranquilizer gun at Zia after he shot Owen, he puts the gun in his left hand and uses his right hand to wave his men down, but mid wave, the camera cuts to a different angle and he is waving with his left hand while holding the gun in his right hand. Factual error: During the mid-credits scene T'Challa is addressing the United Nations about Wakanda's true nature. A Welsh flag can be seen among the other nation's flags, which would suggest that Wales is a separate nation from The United Kingdom - not the case.
Continuity mistake: At his diner, Bibbo is telling Clark and Lois a story about Superman and he has some menus tucked under his arm. In the wide shot they appears brownish red, but when it cuts to a close up it turns white and light appears on it. Also Lois has her arms down at her sides first, but then in the close up she's suddenly turned towards Bibbo with one arm on the table and the other propped up by her chin. (00:46:10)
Continuity mistake: Malorie pulls out her Sig Sauer P229 handgun and begins firing but the insane guy disarms her and the handgun falls. Malorie is on a boat and the crazy guy is standing in deep water. It isn't shown where the handgun lands when it falls out of the insane guy's hand. Later on Malorie pulls another Sig Sauer handgun from the same holster, however this time it's a model P228 or possibly P226, the 226 has a 0.5 inch longer barrel. The 229 and 228 have completely different slides. The 229 is a legacy. (00:36:50 - 01:01:30)
Revealing mistake: Fight in the toilet of the Paris nightclub: the presumed Lark rips out the sink's drain and begins assaulting Tom Cruise with it; Walker intervenes holding him, but the nimble Asian does a flip and brutally tosses him to the ground. Continuity mistake: Zoe and Baca are talking in a hallway while Max is watching them from inside the air ducts in the ceiling. However there aren't any vents in the ceiling that he could be looking through to see them, making the shots from his point of view impossible. (00:41:20)
Continuity mistake: Before diving down to see the underwater volcano, Dracula, Mavis, Dennis, and Johnny are walking on the deck in their scuba gear. They are walking side by side, but in the next shot they are suddenly single file. (00:36:55)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: After Thompson tries to kiss Eve and she tells him to wake up, he puts his left hand on his mouth rubbing his lips. It cuts to a different angle and suddenly it's his right hand as he pulls it away. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Continuity mistake: At the police station, there is a close up of a cup popping down out of a coffee machine as it starts to be filled. The cup is turned so the logo isn't showing. But in the next shot as a lady cop reaches to pull it out, the cup is turned so the logo is facing out towards the camera. (00:26:25)
