Now You See Me 2 picture

Factual error: When it's 00:00 on January 1st, it's not night in Sydney, it's 11 AM. When they 'reveal' stuff at the end of the movie, and they show that things happen exactly at 00:00 in the night in London, it can't possibly be dark in Sydney, Australia.

Leap! picture

Factual error: In the movie, we see the Statue of Liberty with its current bluish-green color. The statue only got that color over time, and as it was still being built, it should be its original brown.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows picture

Factual error: During the ceremony on Liberty Island at the end of the movie, Chief Vincent wears three stars on the lapel of her dress blouse. In actuality, an NYPD chief would wear stars on her shoulder plate.

Florence Foster Jenkins picture

Factual error: Women's stockings had seams in 1944. When people are dancing at the party in Bayfield's apartment, the backs of women's legs appear in enough shots to show that their stockings, anachronistically, are seamless.

Finding Dory picture Video

Factual error: At the start we see some neon tetra in the background. Tetra are fresh water fish. Not saltwater. (00:05:00)

Why Him? picture

Factual error: There would not be that many leaves still on trees in December in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The snow looks very fake and sprayed on in some shots.

Dad's Army picture

Factual error: Godfrey's sister discovers that Catherine Zeta Jones is a spy by making a telephone call to a Paris fashion house. As France was occupied during the period of the film, such a phone call would have been impossible.

Nine Lives picture

Factual error: Kevin Spacey states that his company's new tower is the "tallest building in the northern hemisphere." The tallest building in the world is in the northern hemisphere - the Burj Khalifa, which has held that title since 2008, and is about 830 meters tall. Judging by the size of the new tower compared to the other buildings in New York, this building appears to be only 600 meters tall. (00:04:30)

Moana picture

Factual error: As Moana ages from a toddler to 16 years old and her grandmother ages and gets grey hair, Pua the pig and Hei Hei the rooster do not age at all. Hei Hei should not even be alive, considering roosters normally live just six to seven years.

Hail, Caesar! picture

Factual error: The main character is being wooed by Lockheed - an aircraft company, whose representative then gives him gifts for his kids - one of which is a desk model of an aircraft, however it is of an aircraft produced by one of Lockheed's competitors - Grumman, which would be akin to a GM rep giving a toy Ford Mustang as a gift. Both companies continue to remain competitors as Lockheed-Martin and Northrop-Grumman since the government vetoed a proposed merger back in 1998, and at no time have the two companies collaborated on a major project.

The Boss picture

Factual error: Curiously enough, Michelle's mess in the bathroom with the self-tanning spray seems to be mostly made by footprints everywhere (but you don't tan your palms and soles, and the bottom of the foot is what she is using to lean on the wall anyway) while the spray she continues to apply does not color the tiles and towel in the slightest and nothing drips from the smooth surfaces.

Elvis & Nixon picture

Factual error: The limo shown is a 1990 (or later) Cadillac. It has large halogen headlamps and not the dual headlamps of a 70-71.

Ride Along 2 picture

Factual error: As it happens in many Hollywood movies, we have a gun that is "ceramic" (actually a polymer, "plastic" as Ben corrects himself later) that is entirely stealthy, able to fool the metal detectors at the entrance of a building. It's not an imaginary high-tech device, but is explicitly referenced as the FN Five-seveN handgun (here called repeatedly as FN Five point seven). The metal detector would still pick up the metallic parts and the bullets. (00:40:25)

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising picture

Factual error: In the scene when they are locked in the garage, they attempt to use vehicle air bags to propel themselves through a garage vent in the roof. It is absolutely impossible for a air bag to deploy by jumping on it. A air bag requires specific battery voltage and resistance supplied by a air bag control module to deploy a air bag. The physical act of jumping on it will not deploy it.

Factual error: In the montage showing James busking after committing to the program, he picks up his guitar when it gets dark and tries to find shelter. On the side of a London bus, you can spot the ad for "The Hunger Games; Mockingjay - Part 2", a movie that came out in 2015. The happy ending of this movie takes place in 2012. (00:09:55)
