Character mistake: The officers count the inmates and say there's 10 missing. There are indeed 10 inmates hiding in the pool. However, Pennsatucky and Chang had escaped the prison. The officers counted Linda as an inmate, who had been hiding in Litchfield the whole season, and wasn't on the list. That would make it 11 people missing, not 10.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where William Fichtner is shown first leaving his trailer and picking up litter in the amusement park, his gloved hand switches from his right hand to his left then back to his right again before he starts talking to the couple. (00:05:40)Tania Del Giudice
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is left alone at the couch, her mom comes up to talk to her. Before her mom shows up, there is a water bottle in front of Phoebe. After Phoebe's mom sits down next to her, the water bottle moves to the other side of the table without anyone touching it.bobthedancingdonut
Character mistake: As Reddington sets up the blood transfer between himself and Ressler he inserts the intravenous line in Ressler's arm first and then in his own arm. This way the remaining air inside the line gets into the recipient's body and could very well kill him. Judging the expert way he handles the set up he should know to first insert the IV in his own arm, let the line fill with blood and then insert the IV in Ressler's arm.Lenore Scott
Continuity mistake: Near the start, the camera pans out to see the dome now covered in a layer of black. Outside of the dome you can see nice green fields, a small forest area, little houses and everything looks rosy. However a few episodes back the military launched a MOAB (mother of all bombs) and and the surrounding area was wiped out completely. (00:05:50)
Character mistake: When Olivia and Dr Galina are in the bathroom, Galina mentions an umbilical chord, from a baby whose mother died (Nadia), that contained Olivia's mitochondrial DNA. Mitochondrial DNA comes from the mother, so Nadia's Mitochondrial DNA came from Letha who got hers from Marie, absolutely nothing to do with Olivia.StephNyikos
Continuity mistake: In Season 1, Episode 5, we see the MI5 agents report Sam and Phil's identities to the Director. With the ID cards on screen, they state Sam as being 29, with a date of birth 25/03/1983. The series was released in 2013, so this age fits with the show's production dates of late-2012 or early-2013. However, Phil's age is described as 31 (but DOB is visible as 11/09/1985 - which would make him 26 or 27). Phil's age is detailed as 31 elsewhere in the series. (00:01:25)David R Turner
