Is that a real song or did they just freestyle that?

Question: The premise of "Santa Clause 2" is that the new Santa must find a wife within one year of becoming Santa, or he goes back to being a normal guy. So, what happened to the prior Mrs. Claus, the one that was married to the Santa that fell off the roof in the first movie - or for that matter, the ones married to any of the prior Santas? Do they just disappear when their husbands are no longer Santa?

I know what the movie says the translation is, but I can't get the words the same when I try to translate back into Spanish.
Question: In the final scene of the film Richard Gere and Diane Lane have their SUV stopped at a traffic light, and I've noticed that there's a police station directly to their right. This could have very well been a coincidence, but maybe it's not? Does anyone know if it signifies anything pertaining to the plot, for example, the dilemma of Richard Gere turning himself in vs. their decision to flee the country?
Question: After John releases the hostages, we see the woman Rosa go to a police car. When she is asked to comment on John, she calls him a good man and then starts talking in Spanish. I can catch that she calls someone crazy, but I can't understand any of the rest. What is it that she's saying?

Later it seems that he deliberately misses their tracks (out of admiration for their cleverness and courage?), but then again he is seen all by himself trying to follow them. Question: When Zatara goes to Mr. Morell's house to find out information about Dantes and about the others that he wants revenge on, why do they keep showing Morell's granddaughter looking at Zatara? Does she realize that he really is Dantes or is it some other reason?
