Revealing mistake: When Peter Parker first discovers he can climb up walls (while in citizen clothing), he tests it out by climbing up a building in an alley. During this scene, you can clearly see his clothes hanging out forwards, indicating that the scene was filmed with him crawling along a floor horizontally. (00:24:50)
Revealing mistake: [This appears to be fixed in rereleased versions] When Amidala and Anakin are eating and he cuts her a piece of the fruit and "floats" it back to her, the bite appears in the fruit a split second before she actually eats it. (00:53:40)
Revealing mistake: After the helicopter escape at the end, a red sports car is sticking nose down in the ground after falling hundreds of feet down out of the airplane, without a single crack in the windshield, in mint condition. The yellow one only has the right door open. (01:59:30)
Revealing mistake: When the riders break out of Helm's Deep, you can see the hooves on some of the horses pass straight through the Uruk-hai corpses on the bridge. (01:29:10)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Jack Ryan uses the radio after the helicopter crash, the film is reversed - the word frequency appears as a mirror image.
Revealing mistake: There is a shot right after the first time the clerics are entering the city from the nethers that you see an APC patrolling the wall road above the entrance. In that shot two shadows are being cast on the road. As the CGI APC passes through them they simply don't cast a shadow on it as they should. (00:08:40)
Revealing mistake: On the transport trailer, Frank leans out his car window and dramatically fires at the ramp's tall lever control in a close-up, located at the rear of the transport over the tires. The problem is that the trailer has no such lever control, as seen in the previous shot before it drives under the bridge overpass. (00:07:55)Super Grover
Revealing mistake: When Damoscinos is dying, just after being bitten, he stumbles to the ground. As he does so, you can see the tube feeding the green "blood" to his neck on the ground behind him.
Revealing mistake: When the group is being attacked in dining hall B, they are trying to get the doors open. J.D. is firing at two zombies and turns away to open the doors himself because Kaplan keeps forgetting the code. If you look closely, one of the zombies reacts a second late from being shot down. (00:44:40)
Revealing mistake: When the megalodon attacks the yacht the party goers jump off the yacht, and some of them reach the large round safety raft. To the raft's right, there is a visible yellow line attached to it so it doesn't drift away for the shots.
Revealing mistake: About seven seconds after Mercedes screams, "No!" at the climax of the movie, there is a shot of all the characters involved in that scene. If you look out the door you can see a white car drive by. (01:59:40)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where the soldiers are in the trench on Saipan's D-Day, a Japanese soldier points a gun at Yahzee's head and Yahzee freezes up. Then Enders comes up and slits the Japanese soldier's throat. If you look closely at the Japanese soldier's throat, you can see that there is no cut in it, just blood. (00:46:55)
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the film, when Picard bends the pole down to stab Shinzon, the pole supposedly goes through him and out the other side, but the prop travels several inches down his waist. A shot later, you can see the prop pushing against Shinzon's clothing, obviously not piercing anything. (01:39:17)
Revealing mistake: At the scene where all the spy kids are fighting the waiters, watch Gary as he is fighting. The waiter he is fighting throws him back, but then Gary activates his rockets shoes. Yet to activate those shoes you have to tap them together. The rocket shoes activate a few seconds before Gary tapped his heels together.
Revealing mistake: When the survivors are walking in the rain and find the cabin, they are sopping wet, only a few minutes later they are perfectly dry. You can not dry out that quickly in the tropics.
Revealing mistake: When Jason climbs onto the rail of the fire escape, it is not attached to the wall - intentionally, it has not broken - but then in another shot, two seconds later, it 'breaks'. It pulls out of a visible hole in the wall, although it was never actually attached and there was no hole before. (00:23:25)
Revealing mistake: In the beginning right before the opening dance number begins, Gwyneth Paltrow and Steven Spielberg (in cameo roles) do back flips. You can see the stunt double doing them as the stunt double was wearing a blond wig (depicting Paltrow) that falls off after the first flip. (00:04:22)
