Visible crew/equipment: At the funeral of William Wallace's wife, Murron, a white van can be seen. He bends down to kiss her and as he stands back up, if you look over his left shoulder through the trees you can see the van going past. It's very quick, small, and blurred, but it's there. (00:54:25)
Visible crew/equipment: There is a shot towards the end of the film, (just before Willis and Jackson exchange dialogue in the engine room) in which it shows the entourage of people boarding a smaller boat from the much larger ship. Look towards the bottom left corner of the screen as the boat pulls away - inside you can see the head of a female boom mike operator.
Visible crew/equipment: This flub is virtually impossible to catch by the human eye - use slow-mo. When Bond jumps off the dam, they do a shot, following him along his descent down the ledge of the wall. In a shot only visible during three or four frames, but they catch a shot of the ledge before panning down, in which you can see the film crew watching on top, together with a van or two... Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the car chase scene between the Porsche and the AC Cobra on the runway, a shadow of the camera as well as the boom can be seen just as the Porsche drives between the concrete blocks. This can be seen at normal speed but is best viewed in slow motion. (01:46:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Toward the end of the film, when Parker and Sid 6.7 are back in the computer simulation, Sid lifts Parker over his head and throws him off the roof. When he does this, you can see a hook and a rope lifting Parker over Sid's head. His shirt is even pulled by the hook.
Visible crew/equipment: To escape Two-Face's ambush, Batman tilts the batmobile onto its rear wheels, and thanks to the bat-hook, he's able to use the vertical facade of a building as an alternate route. As the batmobile rides up the building, if you look closely you can see what looks to be a wire behind the batmobile (probably helping the batmobile or a model of it travel smoothly up the building or a model of the building).
