Visible crew/equipment: In one shot when Annie and Walter are speaking in front of a shop window, you can see the cameraman's reflection. You even see him pivot his torso to follow the actors as they walk offscreen.
Visible crew/equipment: When Michelle is at the dinner she asks Topper for a light and strikes it on her leg. As she starts to move her leg, you can see the black strip on her leg to light the match. (00:27:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Henry's mom punches Jack, watch as he rolls down the steps: it is not Jack but a stunt double.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Sheriff of Rottingham is hanging upside-down under his horse and talking to Robin, look at the legs of the "horse": one of them has the visible joint of the knee (obvious as the light hits it when it bends) and the other doesn't look like it's actually touching the ground at all, though from the angle it looks as though the leg was intended to be seen as weight-bearing.
Visible crew/equipment: When Doug is pitching his idea to Christian, they are outside on the terrace of the hotel. As Christian is walking inside, he walks past some windows and you can see the camera and the crew in the reflection.
