Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Kermit confronts Doc Hopper he comes walking out of the bar. If you look at the top of Kermit's legs when he walks out, two pair of hands can be seen moving the legs.
Visible crew/equipment: In the last scene while Brian and the others are singing you can see a tourist walking in the background. (01:30:30)
Visible crew/equipment: After Ripley fails to shut off the auto destruct sequence, she runs through a corridor filled with gas. As she exits from the gas right before the shot cuts away we see her pass by a full sized light. Beside this light is the clear arm and head of a lighting crew member. (This is acknowledged on the DVD commentary).
Visible crew/equipment: As the boat crew steps ashore to find Kilgore, the obvious shadows of two crew and their equipment are seen moving across the backs of the soldiers and then the raised netting slightly further away. This isn't the documentary crew they meet shortly afterwards, who are further onto the mainland. (00:27:20)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the space station explodes, the wire holding up the model is visible when the explosion backlights it.
Visible crew/equipment: Young vampire Danny floats away from the window after being confronted with a crucifix. The effect is quickly ruined when the boom he is sitting on can be seen moving him for 8 seconds. (01:43:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When the four officers and Ilia exit the ship onto the hull and begin walking towards the V-ger structure, the outline of the hole left in the matte painting of the Enterprise saucer section is visible. (Corrected in the Director's Edition).
Visible crew/equipment: When Wild Bill crash lands his P-40 Tomahawk in the street, then dazedly tries to "bail out", watch his parachute. A nearby explosion is supposed to catch the parachute and pull him backwards, but the 'chute doesn't react to the explosion. Instead, a line attached to the end of it pulls Wild Bill backwards.
Visible crew/equipment: When the leader of the Riffs' finds out it wasn't the Warriors who killed Cyrus there is a focused shot on his face and his sunglasses reflect a crewmember wearing a white T-shirt next to what looks like a camera. It has to be a crewmember as no-one in that scene is wearing a white T-shirt. (01:14:02)
