Other mistake: In the opening scene of this German movie from 1944, a panoramic view of the city of Potsdam is shown with the subtitle "Potsdam 1813". In the background, the two high radio masts of the Potsdam Military Communication Central can be seen very clearly before the sky.
Revealing mistake: The "hand" holding the gun rotates 180 degrees while the shooter's point of view does not move. A real hand can't reproduce that motion without moving extremely close to the face.
Continuity mistake: After the raid on the Japanese radar site as Errol Flynn is on the radio sitting next to a radioman talking to the supply plane his hair is sweaty and forming circles on his forehead. When the scene shifts to a close-up of Errol his hair is in straight lines. Then when the scene goes back to the two of them his hair is in circles again.
Revealing mistake: In the process shot (dummy auto front seat, scenery visible in back window) where father and daughter are driving off to see the circus, Eddie G. makes a left turn and the scenery follows; but he forgets to return the steering wheel to center, even though the scenery shows the car has straightened out on the new course. Funny - even titans nod. That car should still be circling somewhere.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry is pretending to dance with the placecard mascots at the restaurant, the last mascot he dances with initially has red hair, but when the two pretend to skate on the mirror, her hair is now blonde.
Continuity mistake: The prince tells the sad story of his driving license revoked - with two people dying as collateral damage. Judge Francis J. Quincannon stands and then leans over the back of the chair; his arms switch position, crossing with the right in front, then the left in front. (00:19:50)Sammo
Character mistake: Laurel & Hardy's testimony sent Muldoon to prison. He was freed when the real criminal confessed. Muldoon vowed revenge. Five years later at a bullfight, Laurel is posing as a Spanish bullfighter, Don Sebastian. Muldoon recognizes him and points to him and mistakenly shouts, "That's Hardy - -and the other one is Laurel."
Revealing mistake: In the cave scene, when Dr. Edelman and Talbot come upon Frankenstein's monster in the mud, there is a skeleton lying beside the monster, which Dr. Edelman identifies as probably Dr. Niemann. The prop is an obvious lab skeleton, as you can very clearly see the circumferential line around the skull cap. Also, if you look closely in several shots, you can make out the hook at the top of the skull where it would hang from a lab stand. (00:24:35)
Continuity mistake: Ken's mother makes his jockey shirt using dark blue and gold as their racing colors. When Ken rides Thunderhead in his first race, Ken's jockey shirt is now light green and beige and the design is different. Ken's family owns Thunderhead, and race horse owners must have specific registered racing colors and patterns. Ken would not suddenly be wearing a differently-colored shirt.raywest
Continuity mistake: When Bugs pours red ink on Sam's head, he leaves the bottle on its side and there is a label saying "Ink" on it. In the next shot, the word "Ink" has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When the hunter is holding the piece of paper that was in the satchel at the end of the cartoon, you can see that his left hand is on the side of the paper, but in the next shot it is now on the corner.
Continuity mistake: When Daffy throws his newspaper away at the start of the short, he then begins singing, but as he walking along, there is no sign of the newspaper.
