Continuity mistake: At the beginning during the bridge jump scene, the A-Team van changes. It suddenly has round headlights, its hub caps can be seen popping off when it lands, and it doesn't have any spotlights. Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when John is going to the refrigerator, a white skull can be seen on the left side of the kitchen table amongst all Sherlock's science equipment. When he closes the refrigerator door again after discovering the severed head, the skull has disappeared. As he's leaving the kitchen, the skull reappears. (00:03:25)
Revealing mistake: When Tony is telling Gibbs & Ducky that Abby got a hit on the dead sailor's fingerprints, Gibbs takes the file from Tony; the camera shows the file, which appears to be a legitimate profile sheet, but in the comments section, is the script that Tony just read aloud. (00:07:36)
Continuity mistake: When Batman starts the Bat-Turn, the parachutes are shown deploying on a 6-lane major roadway (3 lanes in each direction) in a very open area, but after completing the 180-degree turn, the car is shown driving away from the crumpled chutes on a much narrower side street among tall buildings. Continuity mistake: When Joker zaps Wonder Woman and her mother, they are both standing in front of their thrones and fall forwards. But when Wonder Woman stands back up, her mother, still unconscious, is suddenly off to the side and behind the thrones. (00:11:35)
Continuity mistake: After the drive-by shooting at the Federal Building, when Owen and Sam escort the defector and his girlfriend into the sedan, the license plate number is "5GOI417" which soon changes to "5PCI294" when Sam drives backwards. Then it changes back to "5GOI417" when Owen and Sam leave the car, and yet it's "5PCI294" again when Owen points his gun at the camera.
Character mistake: When Mac, Stella, and Danny are trying to determine where the fired bullet entered the train car, none of them are wearing rubber gloves. But even though they're not handling any evidence, they're still processing a crime scene. (00:05:00)
