Continuity mistake: Sue says that she "matured" aka got her period, on Sept 21, but in the episode "Forced Family Fun", when they go camping and she gets it, they go before school starts, which is well before the end of September.
Continuity mistake: When Emma and Zuri are watching the horror doll movie, Jessie comes in for a little bit and you can see that the popcorn bucket is completely full, but after Jessie leaves and they see the part with the eye, Zuri puts an empty popcorn bucket on her head. Wasn't there popcorn in it a few seconds ago?

Continuity mistake: At 9 minutes 29 seconds, Neil is holding a bottle of Heinz sauce, but at 9 minutes 40 seconds, Neil asks for the sauce and it is behind Jay's mum. (00:09:25)
Continuity mistake: When Samantha is in the bathroom holding up two sample paint chips, in the first shot Sam is holding up the yellow in her left hand and the blue in her right hand, but in the next shot they've switched and are in the opposite hands, just as Jay arrives with the coffee.

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene the kid on the left's mask keeps changing from on to off between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the "Nibblin' with Nimbus" scene eggs suddenly appear in the pan. (00:17:47)

Continuity mistake: While Tony Vincenzo is eating, his butter knife instantly turns into a fork in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: Scooby finds a clump of ape hair stuck in the wine cask. It cuts to the gang, then back to the cask as they walk up and suddenly the clump of hair is twice as thick. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: When Richie gets up from a table at Arnold's to meet with the Fonz in the men's room he's wearing jeans. When he enters the men's room he's wearing grey slacks. (00:07:50)
Dick and the Single Girl - S2-E24
Continuity mistake: When Sonja takes Dick's belt, she has it in her right hand, away from Dick. In the next few shots, Sonja no longer has the belt, but it is back around Dick's pants. Yet the next shot (at the door), it's in Dick's hand. (00:16:30)
Continuity mistake: In season 2 episode 11, Jake is shown doing at least 3 pull ups but in this episode he shows he doesn't know how to do one and Terry has to show him.
Shrink It Up - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rocky is saying things that she has been pushed into doing, she mentions the time they danced on the wings of a plane. However they didn't do that until a few episodes later.
Continuity mistake: Sometimes Ed's fireplace in his office is on the right wall but then other times it's on the left. Plus Ed and Mikes' offices switch sides mid series. Ed's office is stage right in early years, Mike's is stage right in later years.
Lilly, Do You Want to Know a Secret? - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, when Oliver joins Miley and Lilly at the table the food and trays change position, particularly the milk carton. Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.
Gourmet Night (a.k.a. Gourmet's Paradise) - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: There appears to be a very obvious splice edit in this episode. When Basil manages to get Kurt off him after being pinned to the kitchen table, he pushes Kurt against the wall knocking him out. Before this Basil is lying flat on the table and we never see him get up to a standing position beforehand.
Continuity mistake: Dr. Cox's hair colour and length change back and forth significantly during the episode.
Continuity mistake: In the movie "Channel Chasers," when Timmy and Vicky go into Maho Mushi, Timmy gets a piece of his hat sliced off and Vicky gets the tip of her ponytail sliced off. But in the next shot, they're both back to normal.
Continuity mistake: Alan is sitting at the kitchen table talking to his son Jake about a math test on which Jake got a bad grade. At the beginning of the scene Alan holds the open test in his left hand. When the camera switches back to him a second later the test is now in his right hand. Finally at the end of the scene the test is back in his left hand but is now folded. (00:04:50)
