Family Ties - S1-E22
Visible crew/equipment: After Rygel's transport pod returns to Moya, as the docking bay door slides open, in the shot facing everyone while they have their weapons drawn we can see the bare floor. However, when Aeryn checks Crais for hidden weapons and then as D'Argo approaches him, there's a blue crash mat on the floor. Then it vanishes again.

Kobol's Last Gleaming (2) - S1-E15
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Starbuck attempts to retrieve Apollo's arrow, a crewman in a red tee shirt and dark vest can be seen standing just behind and to the right of the display case as she is shooting out the glass.

Snow Falls - S1-E3
Visible crew/equipment: When the horse carriage is ambushed, just as Princess Abigail can be heard screaming "Please, help me", the camera pans downward and a horse wrangler wearing a blue baseball cap can be seen in the lower left hand corner, hiding behind one of the horses. (00:03:20)

Visible crew/equipment: During the warehouse battle, around when the Doctor tells Donna, "Hold on, I'm coming", the film crew can be seen reflected in a door at the right of screen. (00:28:20)

The Life Against Death Raid - S1-E2
Visible crew/equipment: In the background over Sgt. Moffit's right shoulder a crew member can be seen walking.

Visible crew/equipment: When one of the guards cries "Destroy it!" watch to the left of Karga and you'll see a crew member in jeans hiding behind a wall. This was later edited out on Disney+. (00:18:54)

Visible crew/equipment: When Hurley is at the new house, after his mom hurts her ankle, he reaches into the car window to get the cell phone. When he begins to dial, the cameraman's arm moving about is reflected in the back chrome of the side view mirror. (00:12:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After McCoy examines Charlie and they talk about how Charlie learned to talk by just listening to the ship's tapes, when Charlie stands up the two actors' marks can be seen on the floor - the short one for Charlie and the longer one for McCoy, where they both will stand momentarily. Winterfell - S8-E1
Visible crew/equipment: After Sansa tells young Ned Umber to hurry back to Last Hearth and bring his people to Winterfell, when Jon tells Maester Wolkan to send ravens to the Night's Watch, in the next shot of Wolkan the chalk T-mark can be seen on the stone floor in front of his feet (it's not the stone's edges or cracks). Visible crew/equipment: When the truck carrying the caged gorilla pulls into the alleyway, just as Hans and Carl exit the truck and walk away, the blue-sleeved arm of the cameraman/crew member is visible as it moves upward, at the right side of the screen.

Dukes Meet Cale Yarborough - S2-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When the General Lee makes a great jump (in fact the jump is used in the opening credits of the show starting in season 2), you can see a camera hooked to the bottom of the car on the passenger's side.

Visible crew/equipment: This happens mostly in the first 4 series - crew, lights, and equipment can be seen reflected in the Rangers helmets and visors.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - S2-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Gabrielle is entering the festival, after the camera is done showing all the dancers and returns to her, look at the right side of the screen by the entrance. There is a propane tank visible.
