Revealing mistake: Some of the shots involving the terrorists firing at the prototype suit are "flipped" duplicates of other shots. In the scene where he first emerges from the cave, several of the terrorists are firing M4-type rifles with the ejection port on the LEFT side of the rifle. In reality, except for a few specially made versions, all M4-types eject spent brass through an ejection port on the right. Later in the scene, this shot is repeated, but with the proper orientation.

Revealing mistake: Just after Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive land in the train station, there is a wide shot where they begin approaching Wanda and Vision. In the wide shot, their shadows do not appear to match up with each other, despite being under the same lighting. Proxima Midnight's shadow is positioned in front of her and is quite heavy, but Corvus Glaive's shadow is positioned more to his left and is much lighter than Proxima's. (00:40:20)

Revealing mistake: When Rocket pets Scott Lang's hair, one can see an artifact of the motion-capture performer's actual human-sized hand moving Paul Rudd's hair. As a result, Rocket's small hand moves far more hair without actually touching it. (01:04:15)

Suggested correction: This entry is ridiculous. A full sized hand could move all the hair on his head simultaneously. Only the front bit of his hair moves, almost exactly the spot Rocket is supposed to touch. It might not be perfect but it looks quite genuine.

Revealing mistake: One of the Air Force One survivors is shown floating awkwardly on his stomach with his legs in the air. This was due to the floatation device used by the actor, because no unaided human would be able to be so buoyant in a pose like that. (01:37:00)

Revealing mistake: There are obvious differences in the appearance of the "Ironman" and "War Machine" suits throughout the movie, as pertains to them showing a digitally-rendered suit vs an actual physical suit that the actor/stuntmen wear. Whenever a real suit is shown on an actor, it is quite bulky, most noticeably around the abdomen/stomach areas, and the size of the head-piece.The digital versions are much slimmer in the abdomen areas and the headpieces are much smaller and more compact.

Revealing mistake: When we see the new recruits at boot camp, they are wearing M1 Helmets. But if you look closely, they have rivets through the sides of each helmet where the chinstrap bales would be. In reality, the M1 helmet chinstrap bales were and continued to be welded onto the shell of the helmet. This indicates the helmets in the film are probably plastic replicas with the bales being riveted in place.
