Character mistake: When McCall put his gun to his head and pulled the trigger, he's saddened that it didn't go off. Most handguns (including the one he was using), after the last round is fired, the slide locks to the rear. He would not have made the mistake of thinking it was loaded.

Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)
Revealing mistake: During the Miss United States Pageant, there are close-up shots of the audience and it is very obvious that in the balcony and back part of the audience, especially when seeing the 'men' with bow ties, they are fake - mostly cardboard cut outs. (01:22:50)

Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Plot hole: The Jackel visits Norman's hideout where they meticulously craft disassembled rifle parts in a walking boot. The Jackel takes the rifle out to test with nary a sign of the boot. He is nearly captured, escapes, and flees the country while Norman is captured and killed. But the Jackel arrives in Estonia wearing that one-of-a-kind handcrafted boot.
Revealing mistake: When the elephants are making fun of Dumbo in the train caboose, Dumbo's mother pulls a pin which causes the stall door above the other elephants to fall. When the door bounces back up, you can see that the animators forgot to draw the elephants' heads and trunks and only their bodies are visible.
Question: During the end credits it says "Dedicated to Ryan Mone." Who was he and what happened to this man?
Answer: Ryan Mone was a young hockey player from Martha's Vineyard, who died in a car accident at the age of just seventeen. The Farrelly brothers are long-term friends of the Mone family and chose to dedicate their film to Ryan as their tribute to his memory.

Trivia: After the guests leave and Randy is alone on the couch watching Halloween, right as the ghost-face walks in, the Halloween theme begins. In Halloween the beginning of the theme means the shape is near.
Continuity mistake: When they jump in the pool, they drop the guitar. When they jump out their guitar is no longer in the pool.
Factual error: When they are trying to navigate the shuttle through Eadu, the shuttle abruptly collides with a rock, which causes Bodhi to jolt backwards. If the shuttle hitting the rock had caused the shuttle reduce speed so abruptly, in the way that was shown, then Bodhi would have jolted forwards, not backwards. (00:57:05)
Continuity mistake: When Klaue is being rescued by Erik, the amount of blood from his face wound changes between shots.
